This was a great spacious area to camp! Loved the wood stools and string lights. The land was beautiful to wake up to every morning and clean! I made it down the drive way in a very low clearance Prius…going back up was a little harder but we made it! My dog had a fantastic time exploring. There were neighbors nearby and as another review mention neighbor dogs did bark a good bit at night, but it wasn’t a noisy neighborhood generally speaking and it was very peaceful and private overall!

Emily's campground was exactly what we needed this Labor Day weekend! While the property is close to civilization, it still felt very private. We found the proximity to town very convenient and allowed us to grab provisions on the fly and Groveland also has access to electric vehicle charging: Tesla supercharger, Chargepoint, and a new Rivian outpost. Additionally the grounds were clean, with plenty of flat areas for tent setup, bonus points for solar light strings, and access to a basic toilet and hand wash sink. Emily was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will certainly be visiting again.

Highly recommend
The site was easy to find and perfect for a one or two nighter. Also, seemed very private even knowing there were homes nearby which you couldn’t even see. Lovely two bucks visited the site and were fun to watch. Owls and the sounds of nature offered a perfect night sleep, despite neighborhood dogs barking in the backyard. Please note: Pine Mtn Lake is for members only and had access. Nice little park in town with green grass for your pup to let out some energy!

Clean, well appointed site
Very clean and well appointed spot. Beautiful trees. Lot's of flat area for tents and rigs. There are solar powered ambient lights in the trees which created great vibes. Will be visiting again.
