The White Lodge is a private home owned by the creator of Hicksville Trailer Palace and Hicksville Pines Bud and Breakfast. Although Morgan(the owner) has retired, he's made his property to feel as if you're in the middle of the woods complete with swimming hole, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, sauna and more!1950's Canned Ham Trailer with private 2 person hot tub and unlimited night swimming in our pool. Yosemite Park themed property in the heart of Eagle Rock. One of the best Los Angeles neighborhoods for food and thrifting. Private bathroom(outside the trailer) between the hours of 9p until 9a. There may be pool or spa guests using the bathroom during the day but it's unlikely. Especially in the mornings. Trailer has free wifi with smart TV. You can book the outdoor kitchen, fire pit or sauna for an additional fee. No pets or amplified music please. There is a heater but no A/C so please don't book if temps are anticipated to reach 90º or higher. We'll do our best to block it out as well.

Canned Ham With Private Hot Tub!
An oasis in LA
I got to be the first guest at this incredible location. Morgan has done an amazing job transforming his yard into an oasis that will make you forget you are in LA. From the gorgeous pool with water slide, to a waterfall, koi pond, hot tub and sauna. And yes, even the antique camper is so fun to stay in. But only after you wander around for a while here, do you actually start to see the attention to detail everywhere you look. I could tell that this was more than a way to make some money for Morgan, this had to be a dream come to life for him. As a host, Morgan was very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting a fun enjoyable stay in LA
