Come enjoy 5 acres of beautiful trees and wildlife. Be one with nature in these peaceful and tranquil surroundings. You can walk, hike, bike, and admire everything Julian has to offer. The property is 10 minutes from Lake Cuymaca and 20 minutes from the quaint and historic town of Julian where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, and the famous Julian Apple Pie. There are some great nearby hiking trails and we are very close to Cleveland National forest. Plan a family stay, couples retreat, or solo camp out to relax and recharge your batteries. This is a beautiful flat clear space to accommodate a couple of small to medium sized tents. It's a great place for friends to gather and enjoy each others company under the stars. This is spot is located on the lower part of my property. It has its own access from he bottom driveway. There is an EZ up and picnic table for shade and relaxation. There is a water spicket and hose for convenience and a camping toilet at the site. There is a new addition of an outdoor shower at this site to help with staying clean and cooling off during these hot HOT summer days. There is room to drive and park a vehicle up there if desired.

loved tent camping on Tiffany’s Hipcamp so much!! we brought my dog and she had the best time along with us :) Main Street was about 25 minutes away which was perfect since we didn’t want a place that was crowded with people. Tiffany was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend:)

An eventful camping trip!
Tent
This place is beautiful and everything was exactly as described. It’s remote and quiet and the stars are amazing. What made our stay truly magical, however, was the people. My fiancé and I blew our tires and Tiffany graciously met up with us to help. We were able to get to the camp site and what would have been an otherwise sour night, still was a fun night. The next day she showed us around the property while we waited for a tow truck and she stayed with us the whole time which she didn’t need to but that’s just the type of person she is. We ate wild blackberries and apples and it truly was so much fun. I can’t recommend this place enough. Truly a special place with beautiful people. 10/10 would stay here again and will definitely be back.

Truly a stargazing paradise!
Tent
“Stargazers Paradise” is exactly what this place is!! I’ve never seen so many stars, and this place truly is a paradise. Tiffany is exceptionally welcoming - she met us at the gate and lead us to our campsite, then gave us all the information we needed. Before she departed she said, “I’ll leave you to your solitude” and that’s exactly what we experienced. We heard so many different kinds of birds and hardly any other humans. This place is safe, welcoming, peaceful, and truly a gift to experience. It was very, very hot when we were there but the baby pool Tiffany had at our site was a life saver! At night we laid on the top of our truck for hours staring at the stars. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this space, Tiffany! We can’t wait to come back!!

I loved tent camping here. It was very quiet and far away from people. It felt really remote. Very clean and the host is very attentive. Besides the bugs of summer camping. If you are going in the summer make sure you have a screen canopy. Which we had with out tent. And we were able to relax and enjoy our time . Everything was great. Thanks Tiffany for being so responsive and kind.

Nice little secluded spot. Good amenities and Tiffany even gave us some eggs from the farm. 😀

Tiffany is extremely welcoming and the site is perfect for a relaxed night by the fire. She even gave us some fresh eggs, which we fried up at night. We also felt very safe, would definitely stay again.
