Raw Beautiful Wine Country Land
This site was exactly what I hoped for. There were plenty of great spots to pitch a tent in short walking distance of the bathroom, picnic table, and fire pit. Chris had firewood available, and there was deadwood around the area to collect. We heard geese, quails, turkeys, other birds, and coyotes during our stay. It was really cool! I really enjoying hanging my hammock so I could see the clouds changing shapes and colors as the sun set. The composting toilet was clean and stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. There is some road noise, but the space felt private. We hiked on nearby BLM land and then visited Six Sigma winery on our drive back. I would definitely go back to that winery to explore their hiking/biking trails.
Our pup was recovering from a minor foot injury, so he didn’t get to play off leash in the space. He did enjoy chewing on sticks and chasing bugs. There were some good options for tethering him with a long leash. If he’d been off leash he would have loved playing in the pond and chasing birds!

Beautiful Campsite!
Christopher’s space is beautiful! This was my first HipCamp experience, and it set a high bar. Christopher was quick to communicate and provided detailed information and directions to the campsite. We loved having the large, secluded space all to ourselves. We set up our tent by the pond and slept under the stars. We took walks around the property to take in the natural beauty of the area. There are plenty of options for relaxing in the shade or sun.
The site was clean and felt very safe. We’d love to book it again someday!

Great Find!
Fabulous hosts and I had such a great time staying at their camp. The communication was super easy and quick and I found both the location and the property to be much better than the photos. The location is ideal - private and peaceful but not too remote and easily accessible with a passenger vehicle. It made for a great base camp while I spent couple days exploring the nearby forests/hikes. I felt lucky to have found such a great place to stay and the night sky was truly something else!! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Beautiful spot, felt totally private and secluded. Would return again in warmer weather. Chris was very helpful and we had no trouble finding it with his directions.
