Our property is surrounded by mature Olive Trees. Very peaceful and can enjoy a starry night, without being too far from town. Feel safe and secure with a fully fenced, gated and clean property with it's own entrance. Furry friends are welcomed. Best of all, we are located in the middle of two I-5 freeway entrances and exits. Just a few minutes away you have a multiple options for grocery stores, fast food, gas stations and coffee. Attractions: Rolling Hills Casino 7 min Chico, CA 36 min Redding 46 min Turtle Bay 48 min Shasta Lake 51 min Shasta Caverns 1 hour Mount Lassen 1 hour 26min Mount Shasta 1 hour 45min 2- 3 min driving time we have: Bartels Giant Burger Taco Bell Subway Starbucks Dutch Bros Round Table Olive Pit Safeway Grocery Outlet Rite Aid Chevron Shell Valero If you want to drive a little further out about 6-7 min: TA's Love's Petros Jack in the Box Denny's

Jose was very accommodating. Checked in late due to my long drive. Just needed a safe place to park for the night to catch some sleep. Its very close to the I-5 which is very convenient (can hear the freeway murmuring)...flat area to park...and adjacent to olive trees.....its also fenced property which adds a level of comfort. Would definitely stay there again. Wonderful host!

Perfect overnight stay!

We stayed one night on our way to Southern California. The host, Jose, was very communicative throughout the entire process. He met us at the gate when we arrived, pointed us to our site. The site was between a couple of trees which provided shade. The site was level and surrounded by olive trees making it private. The ground was covered in sawdust which was nice since it rained overnight, otherwise it would have been muddy. I wouldn't stay here multiple days but it's perfect for an overnight stay with easy access to I5.

We had a nice stay, Jose greeted us at the gate and was very friendly. We immediately felt welcomed and safe in his gated field surrounded by olive trees and goats. The spot had a little shade and was perfectly flat.

Great place to spend the night or spend the week. Jose is a great host and had the gate open for us when we got there. One word of caution the GPS address takes you to the neighbors house to the north. But Jose called us and got us back to his place easily.
