Wonderful Stay
My husband and I had a wonderful overnight at Mandala Springs. We stayed on a Sunday during the last week in September and had the place almost to ourselves. The grounds are beautiful! We enjoyed a plunge in the pool, gorgeous morning hike for stunning views and meditation overlooks, wading in the creek, a round of mini golf, Yoda light show after dark, swinging on the swings and start gazing, buying healthy snacks in the store, engaging conversation with Diamond in the front office and early yoga and meditation in under the pergola. The vibe is relaxed, conscious and comfortable.

Camping sites were really amazing and kids friendly. We were group of six families and had really great time. Kids enjoyed kayaking and peddle boarding.

Very nice place!
Large property with many dispersed camp sites. You can choose your own location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Having vegetarian food only restrictions is a bit strange for a camp site, but it wasn't a problem. We just bought some veggie hot dogs from Safeway, which were surprisingly tasty. The communal fire pit is nice, and a great way to meet people. Site is good for families with children.

We had a great time at Mandala Springs and will definitely be back! It’s the perfect place to spend time with young children as there’s lots to do- swim in the pool, splash in the creek, ride a paddle boat in the lake, enjoy the bonfire, etc. There were lots of other families and the entire site was clean and comfortable. I was able to take a yoga class in the morning which was an added treat.

Safe and nurturing for all people
It’s a great space with calming nurturing vibe…green grass, healthy trees and great hosts. Loved the food and the pool. Day was very hot but cooled down nicely in eve. Will def return when the season changes.

Clean camping but we left early
I chosen this camping because of this camping was advertised as firepit allowed with firewood provided. There was no nention that this place is vefetarian. I expected good kayaking, minigolf. Hot springs and redeood advertised on Hipcamp site. There is no hot springs, no redwoods, minigolf is in bad condition, kayakibg in small dirty creek. I should be honest, staff takes care of swimming pool, shower canibs. There is nice garden on the property. I want thank staff when they found we were vharged for kayakibg when it was free in camping. It looks nobody inspected the camp site as we had a dead smelling skunk on our site and I think it still there. Since we not vegetarian and did not receive what expected we pavked and left next day loosing one day camping we paid for. Hipcamp shoud not mislead people and advise about vegetarian places.
