Learn more about this land: Urban camping spot with incredible views. Perfect for stealth vans and other smaller vehicles. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate travel trailers or Rvs at this time. Water, power, and sewer available. Property is close to freeways and stores. Also adjacent to nature preserve with moderate hiking trails, wildlife watching, and panoramic views. Site is at the top of a STEEP hill. Some maneuvering on your end will be required to get a vehicle in, but site is level once parked. Hookups are included but cannot be connected continuously. This is an URBAN camp spot meaning there will be some noise from the freeways and the city that's off in the distance. We live in a neighborhood so our neighbors sometimes make noise or have cars coming in and out. Our property is protected by security cameras.Urban camping spot with incredible views. Host was responsive and directions were clear, we found the site right away. Super convenient location for us while we were visiting friends in the city. The view is awesome! There is some noise from the roads nearby but nothing too bad, it is an urban area after all. We got a great night of sleep with no issues.

Convent in terms of proximity to downtown San Diego and a great price for the area.
