Village Hub Farm Campground Located in the north Okanagan 5 minutes from Armstrong and 15 minutes from Vernon. We recently bought this charmingly rustic old farm property and are in the exciting process of bringing it back to life. Our address is 1945 Otter Lake Cross Road, Armstrong. It has a lovely forest area, alongside sprawling fields that are dotted with beautiful wildflowers throughout Spring and Summer. Another delightful feature of our home is a swamp that displays a spectacular array of bird wildlife in the spring and early summer. A bird watcher’s dream! And, if you are lucky, you may even see deer, beaver, bear, coyote, Marmot, or Western Painted Turtle roaming the property, all have been seen on the farm at one time or another, so keep your eyes peeled! We are close to amenities but are far enough out of town to provide a quiet and restful retreat from the hum and drum of every day life. Summer in the Okanagan. Come and enjoy the scenery, fresh peaches, cherries, watermelons, veggies and other locally grown delights when in season. Our campground features include: Four forested sites with fire pits and picnic tables. Fires not permitted during fire bans. Tent or RV (up to 20 feet or so) camping Potable water from utility shed Portable toilet facility No power hookups No sani-dump No showers or laundry facilities Firewood available for extra cost but there is a lot of fallen dead wood in the forest area if you want to pick it up. No live tree or branch cutting permitter. Fun things to do nearby: Water Slides – 10 minutes Kal Beach – 25 minutes Powerhouse Beach on Shuswap River in Enderby - 20 minutes Hiking, road and mountain biking Boating, paddle boarding, swimming Floating down Shuswap River Enderby, Armstrong and Vernon Farmer’s Markets Farm tours, winery tours, bike tours Fishing Paintball And so much more Pets are welcome but must be on a leash, and under control at all time. Drugs and marijuana strictly prohibited on the property at all times. No fireworks.

Love love love!
We booked the entire campground to stay with our family. It is an absolutely beautiful spot, close to town, yet super private! Accommodated my parents 40’ 5th wheel no problem- which is hard to find these days! 10/10 stargazing as well. I almost didn’t want to leave a review to keep these sites a secret because they are that good lol!

Site 1 - Blue picnic table
Perfect little spot for what we needed it for, went to the drive in theatre in enderby and didn’t want to have to drive home at 1 in the morning. Great private little spot, room for the dog to run and the outhouse toilet was clean. Would stay again.

Site 4 - Yellow picnic table
The hosts, Marek and Iris, were very welcoming, friendly and attentive! We had our large family gathering here and there was plenty of room to accommodate all of us. The sites were clean and well spaced apart. We look forward to staying here again!

Hosts were lovely. The site was large and easily accessible. Shade in the afternoon which was nice as we were there during the heat wave. Easy to access Vernon and Armstrong. Thanks again for a great stay 😀
