Nestled In The Poplar Grove
We had a great relaxing stay at Poplar Grove. The site is very private and having power and water at the site was very convenient. Lisa and her husband were great hosts. They answered all of our questions promptly and provided us with wood for our campfire. We really enjoyed walking in the trails as the autumn leaves fell around us. We will be back again soon.

Great hidden gem!
Lisa's site was exactly what I was looking for. Quiet little spot with service for my RV. Lisa made sure we had everything we needed including 50A to 30A adapter, and a map of the local trails. She was friendly and welcoming and I'm sure I'll book again in the future.

Slice of paradise
Was able to step away from stressors & relax in the very private, lush green mini meadow. Lisa has done a lot to make sure everyone can stay here. Level site, Electric adapters for all types of camping. Clean & tasty running water & wifi that accommodates streaming. Looking forward to booking another stay in the spring & adding it as a regular spot. Thank you Lisa for opening your property to us campers.

Don't hesitate - book this site!
Reviews below represent this site well - this place is a gem, I wish we could stay longer! As noted, short trail access nearby (and blackberries were in season!), space is incredibly quiet and private [main house is well obscured from the site]. Large space with picnic table and fire pit made for very easy living. Lisa was incredibly easy to coordinate with and very responsive and helpful. My wife and I both work remotely and had no issues both being on Zoom calls and getting work done during the day - wifi connection was solid the entire time and the electrical outlets allowed us to charge up before heading off grid again. Great location close to Coombs, Parksville, Qualicum - provides convenient access to towns while also allowing for a more 'in nature' experience. Highest recommendations and will certainly look for an opportunity to be back!
