Salmon were jumping behind my tent!
This was my first Hipcamp experience and it was awesome! Josee's property is so beautiful and peaceful. Upon arrival, she showed me around and we walked down to the river. It was golden hour and the salmon were jumping. Josee also brought me fresh eggs! She also gave me excellent adventure suggestions. The property is well kept and serene. This was the perfect basecamp for me to come home to after hiking and exploring all day. I highly recommend staying here. :)

Very welcoming and helpful hosts. A bit out of the way, but the peaceful beach on the river makes it worthwhile. Nice wooden tent pads..

Tent Pad 2
Lovely, quiet spot tucked in the forest (with beautiful Indigenous plant species to admire), and a few steps from the river with the best swimming. Josee is kind, thoughtful and helpful, with great communication. Great spot to be off-grid and enjoy the simple pleasures, like hearing owls at night. Looking forward to returning, thank you, Josee :)

Rustic Log Cabin
The Rustic Cabin was a lovely stay, getting the best of both being in the wild while still having home comforts of a nice bed and cooking facilities. The BBQ and closeness to the beach was amazing. Josee was very responsive to any messages sent. Would happily return.
