Have a cold water spring , orchard has apples, peaches, grapes and one cherry tree. On 8 acres. Your welcome to use my house bathroom, shower etc. Also do laundry in my casa... Im located 5 miles from Centerton, about 7 miles to Bella Vista AR. Great area. Few neighbors, mostly cows. I'm on a short dirt road also.Secluded country farm, use of my House bathroom and kitchen is welcomed! One RV spot and there's several nice tent sites...,welcome to walk the woods and dirt roads,or bike down the dirt road and around my farm...there's dumpster located on the property. Property is sloped but there's plenty of level spots.
