Haul in/Haul out motor home space, no hookups. 7 miles away from a public sewage maintenance overoverlook of Lake Mead area. In town-gas, propane. Generator ok until noise ordinance 930 p.m. to 6 a.m. Picnic table, BBQ area by HUGE space to park.. Pathways to a Star gazing stage with 2 lounge chairs to lay back and check out space, path that leads down to relaxing bench swing ( paths are solar light lit), fire pit (We have wind advisories, fire low height, ashes must be deposit in ash can prior to vacating), Extremely beautiful views of the Back side of Grand Canyon. Room to park boats,, off road vehicles, jet skis.. We are close to lake mead boat launch and ATV areas. Close to Skywalk, Grand Canyon West Ranch ( restaurant, horse back riding, and cowboy campfire sing along with s'mores nightly. Vegas (2 hours), Lauglin(1 hour 20 mins.), Oatman, Williams, Sedona. Meadview has 2 great restaurants, a bar, VFW, a Gas n Grub station/ mini mart, Family Dollar, an ice cream/ sandwich shop. Nearest city with markets etc., is Kingman, 1 hour drive..The stars are abundant, light ordinance from dark to dawn.. The quiet is a lullaby for great sleep. Sunsets and sunrise, full moons are epic.. There is no electric or water hookups. All trash must be hauled out. Pets allowed, on leashes at all times. Any fur baby's defication must be picked up!! We have cows that wander around, you will get charged by the rancher if you hit one with vehicle. No one under 21 may drive any off road vehicles on property or residential roads. The closest hospital is over an hour away or helivac ( costs $$$$$)- ALWAYS PRACTICE SAFETY FIRST!! We have coyotes, bats, ants, quail, spiders, owls, so be wary and food must not be left out of your motorhome. If you are not towing a car, property owner can ahead of time reserve rides to town, Skywalk, Grand Canyon West Ranch, Family Dollar- separate charge room for 4. There is a mild cleaning fee and a refundable deposit for any trash, food, ashes in fire pit ( there is an ash can), animal waste, broken items, dirty BBQ and BBQ utensils. PLEASE STAY IN DESIGNATED AREAS/ PATHS TO KEEP NATURE HOW IT IS. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY ROCKS, ETC. DO NOT FEED OR WATER ANIMALS,but they don't ever come and sit at the picnic table.. Please adhere to light and noise ordinances. Generators included to be off by 930 p.m. unless it's like super quiet. Very Conveinanly located, Family friendly fun in a nice remote beautiful location. Plus, your hostess is really cool! 420 okay, booze okay, no raging parties or drugs. Families or romantic get away ideal. Courtesy to neighbors even though a bit away- sound travels. Star gazers this is a great place cushioned two lounge chairs and a table down a pathway as well as A relaxing bench swing to enjoy a sunset or sunrise.
