Right off Historic Route 66 and Interstate 40. 30 min to petrified Forest 20 minutes to Winslow with many small/historic shops. 45 minutes to Meteor Crater 1 hour to Flagstaff. No hookups or water, but I’ve got land to park on with a an easy pull through, so no backing involved if you don’t want to! You’re welcome to bring pets on the property (a plus if they’re dog friendly and want to play with mine!)Parking spot in driveway turnaround. No need to back a trailer or RV, just pull straight in and make yourself comfortable! No hookups or water
