Riverside King Valley is set on the banks of the King River in King Valley Victoria, 38km drive on sealed road from Wangaratta. It's surrounded by picturesque countryside with access to 1Km of river frontage. The river is ideal for swimming, tubing, canoeing and fishing. Choose either to “do nothing” or go and explore the many attractions in the King Valley. River Flats Camp sites are very spacious with fire pits and hot plates, plus an abundance of open area for recreation. The River Bank Bush Camp is an extra large riverside bush campsite. It has a designated fire pit with hot plate, Campers will need to have own amenities and leave no trace. Accessible for all types of vehicles. Dog friendly if well controlled. Campfires permitted when restrictions aren't in place, firewood for sale (see Extras). We are close to the region’s attractions including Powers Lookout, Lake William Hovell, Paradise Falls the Brewery, Restaurants, Wineries and Distilleries of the Iconic King Valley. Best camp ever !
This was so beautiful !! We camped at Site 1 at the river. Our dog and I swam. Lovely to hear the river but also the sunrise. Had toilets and showers close by. Thank you. Also had a great fire pit that we could cook dinner on. Ordered wood too.

Wonderful
Absolute river frontage in a secluded spot. It was wonderful waking up to see the sun rising over the river. Pretty rustic toilets and shower but they did the job. Beautiful place.

Had a great time camping near the river. The kids loved the rope swing and having flushing toilets and shower was fantastic. The only downside was from other camper’s dogs running around doing their business at our site without an owner in sight. But other than that the place itself was very peaceful and a great getaway from the city.
