We offer three different types of camping on our property, we have back in RV sites that will accommodate up to 40 foot RVs include power 30/50 amp, Water, Wi-Fi, and have dump stations to use. Our tent sites are Grassy and shaded with 20 amp power and water. All of our sites include a picnic table and a fire pit The glamping bunk houses are for those who want to camp in style. They have two comfortable queen beds, bedding included, a heater, air conditioning, flatscreen TV. A private area with a smokeless fire pit and Adirondack chairs. 50 feet away. There are private custom restrooms and showers. We have a yard games area where cornhole can be played. The property is beautifully surrounded by farming fields, Which provide great views and quite evenings around the campfire.

The Hitching Post is an apartment inside of a horse barn. The kitchen was custom-built from barn wood and locally milled trees. The main living room has a 42-inch Roku TV. Two queen beds in a large shared bedroom. The bathroom is spacious and boasts a large shower. Guests have access to the entire living space. They can also park inside the barn. We are located in a very rural area, with limited cell service. The closest restaurants and grocery store are located in Orderville UT which is 20 minutes south of us. We recommend bringing groceries with you!

Cabin info ($139/night + $99 cleaning fee): This cabin is a cozy 744 square feet. It's off-grid, but we have a 500 gallon water system, an electric start generator, and a propane tank. We hope to also get some solar power up there soon! It's 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a loft. Max capacity of 8 people (all-new bedroom mattresses as of 2024): 2 in bedroom on full-sized mattress 2 on full-sized pull-out bed in living room area 2 on north side of loft on queen-sized mattress 2 on south side of loft on full-sized mattress There is a front deck and a large back deck, where multiple tables can be set up for eating. There is also a full outdoor kitchen. This cabin would also be great as a fishing/hunting base camp - Mammoth Creek, Lowder Ponds, Panguitch Lake, and more are all close! Extra info: There are places for 3-4 tents ($20/tent/night), and 1-2 RVs ($35/RV/night)
