Located in the heart of Hill Country, Kerrville Texas with private fully landscaped river access and full RV Hookups. Guadalupe River Rentals Riverside RV campground is the perfect home base for exploring beautiful Hill Country, Texas. Just 34 miles away you can visit the LBJ Ranch. This is a living memorial to the 36th president of the United States. This is the home of the Texas White House, so named because Lyndon B. Johnson spent 20 percent of his presidency there. When the weight of the office became too much to bear, he retreated to this ranch to escape the rigors of Washington. You and your family have plenty of things to do here to escape the rigors of your own lives. Johnson's boyhood home contains artifacts from his childhood, including a baseball glove and ball. The president loved cars. You can view a 1915 fire truck, 1934 Ford Phaeton and a rare Amphicar, a car designed to travel on land and water. He also owned a Jolly 500 Ghia, a gift from the owner of Fiat. There's even that era's Air Force One, the plane Johnson used to get to the ranch. Pets are allowed. Please make sure you pick up after them.

Site 3 - Riverside RV Campground

excellent place right on the river

The photos of this spot don't really do it justice at all. The RV area is perfectly clean and funtional and is never going to feel too crowded given there are only 4 spots. The best part is the fantastic set up they've got down by the river, which is just across the driveway from the RV spots. There's huge outdoor kitchen area (gas grill and sink) along with a bunch of tables and comfortable chairs right along the water. Communication with the owners was great too.

Site 2 - Riverside RV Campground

Beautiful riverfront area, awesome!

This place was amazing! Communication was great and everything was explained clearly. The riverside is so incredible. There's an outdoor kitchen area and bar area and plenty of seating by the river. We used the kayaks and jumped off the dock and had an amazing time. We saw dozens of turtles in the river, too. I thought of this as just a quick stopover, but it ended up being a memorable part of our trip. Thank you!

Site 3 - Riverside RV Campground

RV Spot

Location is awesome. Not a campground. More of The site is very nice and well maintained. Has shared use space that is very cool. Great access to bike trails and town Only downside the neighbor’s have yapping dogs and a rooster, i perceive this to be a passive aggressive move. This does not overshadow that this is a great spot for what is it’s intended purpose

Nice spot

Cool little spot. Enjoyed it. I'll be back for sure. Definitely need to back in from the beginning. My 42 footer was a tough u turn once inside the lot

Site 2 - Riverside RV Campground

Unlit, not met , no phone response

We unfortunately arrived after dark and the entrance to a parking lot was unlit and confusing , set in a neighborhood. The River access is across the street , again, confusing. No table. The spaces were hard to define. Was told by text we would be met by the host and to call for ANYTHING. We were NOT met by anyone, we called twice, had to leave a message . Was just were unsure we were in the correct place. We never received a response. For $57, don’t feel it was worth it at all.

Site 1 - Riverside RV Campground

Not as shown in the photos

The pictures make it seem like you are camping directly by the riverside: this is actually the water access across a street from the actual campsite, which is a few pads in a parking lot next to some trailer homes, a dumpster, and lots of barking dogs around. The only picture of the campsite is taken at night and doesn't really give an impression of where you'd be hanging out. This was not our idea of a getaway camping experience. We left.
