Desert Rose Campground - The Yurt
We enjoyed our time out in Desert Rose. Seemed to be the only ones around. We stayed in the Yurt recommend taking extra blankets for overnight. Unfortunately was unable to enjoy a campfire to do extreme heat. Will be returning at another time to enjoy more peace and quiet!!

Awesome place
We loved staying in the yurt at the desert rose. It was a great off grid experience and the stars out there are amazing. Overall quiet and peaceful, we'll definitely make our way back out to stay again when we can.

Amazing place, great hosts!
Very cool spot! Stayed in the yurt for a week, even booked another day, just awesome property and area! Great place to go off the grid and unplug! Yurt is really cool, loved the sky dome, amazing at night! Lots to do in the area, did a lot of rockhounding and hiking. My kitties loved it, great for animals and kids...lots to explore, trees and plants, very private but a little fence around the 2 acres! The set up is awesome with the fire pit, tent sites, paths between everything, I just loved it! I just happened to meet the property owner and she was amazing, very personable and friendly, but not micromanagers, you are completely autonomous, but if you need something they're right there! Shared some great rockhounding Intel! I highly recommend and will be back again!

Desert Rose Cabin - Wooden Goddess
Wooden Goddess weekend
Desert Rose is a beautiful little private spot, perfect for large group of people or a secure place to take your pets to hide away from the world. Quiet, serene, and full of life. Wooden Goddess was a cozy little home for us to hike up for the weekend and be in our own little world. Just enough amenities to feel comfortable in our temporary home away from home, with a feeling of safety.

A rose in the high desert
Basic but comfortable yurt in the high desert of Central Oregon. Quiet neighborhood conveniently located between Prineville and the state park at Prineville Reservoir. Forty-five minutes from Redmond and an hour from Bend. Clean portable toilet onsite but no fresh water source. Overall a great little camp space.
