There is a $50 repair charge for broken or damaged sprinklers and $250 for solenoids. Please drive slow and keep our animals safe 5km max around property. We have 1 dog Mack(BIG PUPPY) who adores visitors especially kids, free range chickens and Guinea fowl that like to visit For any injuries caused guests are 100% liable for all vet costs. fatalities to the birds incur a $150 fee. On days with catastrophic fire warnings and vehicle movement bans the property is required to be evacuated. If the need for evacuation occurs you will be refunded the portion of your stay when the warnings are in place. Communal fire pit is free, Individual site fires and wood Charge apply (see extras) under NO circumstances is outside timber/firewood to be brought onto our property for bio security reasons. If you do you will be asked to wrap it,seal it and take it home immediately! Gas cookers are allowed during the summer- no fire or coal/webber cookers. FUN STUFF Beautiful reticulated property, grassy sites and plenty of wildlife. Pamper yourself with our fire heated outdoor bath , private bookings available! Relax on our beautiful lawns or one of our hammocks and let the resident frogs 🐸 sing you to sleep. As you wander you may help yourself to the herbs growing but please leave the fruit and veg! lay out a picnic blanket and have a glass of wine and nibbles, They will pair beautifully with our homemade jams and chutneys available onsite. On hot days I’m happy to turn on the retic for big and little kids to run through. By booking you are agreeing to the above terms.

We are closed from 1 Dec through to 31 March due to High Fire Risk. Our 43-hectare property is on the edge of the Darling Scarp behind the historical Fairbridge Village. Only 1 hour south of Perth, so it is close enough for a quick weekend getaway but far enough to enjoy the silence of the bush. There are elevated campsites with views west towards Mandurah and the Peel Estuary, northwest views toward Perth City, and three dams on the property. Guests must be fully self-contained, as no toilets or showers are available. Just amazing views :) Some locations are suitable for tents only, and some for caravans only. 4WD/AWDs are recommended as most sites are not easily accessible with a 2WD vehicle, especially during winter. Dog friendly. Campfires are permitted in designated areas with the host's approval (depending on fire restrictions). We are closed over the summer period due to increased fire risk.

Miss Piggy’s Ranch is a private campground, surrounded by wineries, gin distilleries, breweries, chocolate factories, and a variety of restaurants. There is easy access to bike trails. The perfect property for those wanting to explore the sites and enjoy the tastes of the Swan Valley. We offer two separate campsites, accessible to RVs, camper trailers and caravans, with two people maximum per booking. You must be fully self-contained, and must book in advance - no walk-ins, please. In the right season you can participate in grape harvest or olive picking on site. But at any time of year, you'll always enjoy the view of beautiful sunsets and sunrises and a starry sky on a clear night. A perfect way to unwind. On a good day when our chickens are laying we are happy to share fresh eggs for breakfast. We have 3 friendly dogs. Visitors dogs are not permitted.

We stayed at the ocean view site. Really spectacular views of the lowland area and ocean. Just make sure you have a good 4wd to get to the site. But otherwise the trek is worth it.

Big open area for a group, or nice and private if by yourself. Flies were a little friendly, but that's expected this time of the year. Awesome quick get away for the weekend. Will be back again so i can purchase somefresh eggs. 😆 Highly recommended.

I loved caravaning at Hill Tree Farm. It is a beautiful property with (environmentally) friendly hosts, undulating hills, trees and much birdlife. I had the best night's sleep there as it's so quiet and the campsites are far apart. We will definitely return.

Me and my partner stayed at the Honeymoons site and originally booked 2 nights but extended to a 3rd night. It’s a beautiful private spot up on the hillside, well away from others. The track in was pretty easy. We have an RTT with small trailer but anyone with basic 4WD skills could tow a small to medium maybe even large caravan in no worries. It’s pretty close to Mandurah for a day trip or for the long term travelers to get some stuff done. Hosts are really down to earth genuine people. Seen emus, Roos, red tail blacks. Highly recommend.
