Chittering Nature Retreat

2 sites · RVs, Tents88 acres · Lower Chittering, WA
Beautiful virgin, native rural land in Lower Chittering with a total land area of 87.7 acres (35 hectares). The land is fully enclosed by a wire fence, fire breaks all around the property and an unsealed road from the front gate leading all the way into the property where a small piece of land has been cleared for space to park cars, caravans, motorhomes etc. The land is very well located being in a peaceful, tranquil and scenic location yet still very close and accessible to Perth city and suburban areas. It is only a 55 minute drive to Perth CBD and only a mere 30 minutes to Joondalup. There is the famous Stringbark restuarant neighbouring the land which offers 5 star dining. The land itself consists mainly of rich fertile soil and red clay. There are many diverse native trees and plants including grasstrees, jarrah, redgum, white gum, banksia, yellow morrison flowers, kangaroo paws just to name a few and many other native wildflowers, flora and fauna. In amongst the nature there is alot of wildlife (goannas, lizards, birds etc) especially kangaroos which can be seen regularly throughout the rural land. The property also has a water bore and a few winter creeks running through the land. There is a spectacular and picturesque hilltop view overlooking Chittering Valley at the highest point on the lot This property is perfect for tourists/visitors seeking a tranquil and silent nature retreat in the Perth wildlife region and hills.
