With no light pollution, it's a stargazers paradise and on a still evening you'll hear boobooks, possums and frogs. The popular tourist village of Yarragon is 16km down a winding unsealed road one way, while the larger town of Mirboo North is about the same distance going the other way. Mount Worth State Park is 13km from our property and Lyrebird Forest Walk Regional Park is 26km just outside Mirboo North. While there's a lot to do around these parts, my guess is you won't want to leave the property.

If you're after a change of scenery, Tarra Bulga National Park is only 20 minutes by car. Known for their Mountain Ash trees, beautiful fern gullies and ancient myrtle beeches, it has some of the best examples of original cool temperate rainforests of the Strzelecki Ranges. If you've always wanted to swim in a waterfall then Minnehaha Falls at Hiawatha is for you. Only 15 minutes by car, the rocky waterfall with it's very own swimming hole will surprise and delight. There is a constant flow of water gushing down the near vertical rock face, into the pool below.

We can also accomodate for big groups and the parking area can fit camper vans and caravans with electrical hookups. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets and starry nights. Unwind by the camp fire (limited firewood provided) and soak in the serenity. OUR LOCATION Jindivick is a quiet scenic country town. Local townships include Neerim south and Drouin for your necessities. The state forest has many walking tracks that go on for miles, perfect if you want to go horse riding, motor bike riding or mountain biking or put on a pair of comfy walking shoes to hit the many walking tracks to take in the beautiful bush setting with the occasional wallaby or kangaroo darting out of the bush across your path. We have the Great Southern Rail Trail just on our door step. It has now been completed from Nyora all the way through to Yarram. We have on of the entrances off Lanes Road. Close to all local attractions - Port Albert, Port Welshpool long jetty, Woodside's beautiful 90 mile beach, Tarra Bulga National Parks, spectacular Agnes Falls and Wilson's Prom. Our camp sites have plenty of room we don't believe in cramming too many campers on the same site, you have plenty of space. Suitable for large caravans, camper trailers, motor homes and RV's these can all can fit here easily. Sites 1 - 2 situated in a 4 acre paddock on the main farm. Perfect for small camper vans, roof top tents and motor homes. Site 3-5 situated on part of a 7 acre paddock with views of the hills and of the kangaroos that come onto the paddocks of a night out of the Alberton West State Forest. This site is perfect for larger vans, RV's, camper vans, roof top tents, motor homes. Campfires are permitted (When there are no fire bans). No loud music, bring a camping toilet with you and take all rubbish with you. You'll need to have your own amenities/be FULLY- self contained however if you don't have your own toilet, camp shower or fire pit you can hire them. We have an abundance of native birds on our property. Rosella's, Kookaburras, Wedge Tail Eagles and sometimes Galah's. Just down the paddock on dawn and dusk we have a mob of kangaroos that come out of the bush to graze.

Fantastic facility at Glen Cromie, the sites are spacious, River is flowing adjacent to site which adds several options for activities for kids. The onsite van was well maintained and fully equipped. Staff ata reception/cafe was lovely and looked after everyone.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The tiny home is set on stunning landscape, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The views are incredible, and the sunsets were a real highlight. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The tiny home itself is very well equipped, with everything you need. One of the highlights of the property is the walk through the property. It’s absolutely amazing, and I highly encourage everyone to take the time to explore it. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and would happily return.

Brilliant place to stay and it exceeded all of our expectations. The place provides a beautiful sunset over the rolling hills, plus caters for those that want to camp or stay on a bed, with toilets and a shower. I genuinely don't do reviews that often, but this place was terrific.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at the Love Shack, one of those places that makes you want to extend your stay and come again. The scenery was beautiful and the amenities were plenty! We camped on the grass with a tent and it rained our last night but the ground stayed solid and not muddy, helpful for when we were packing up. Will definitely return again hopefully with friends this time!

Susan's property is simply magical. If your chasing a country escape, seeing lots of wildlife, the property's Alpaca or just taking some time out in nature, this is your calling. The tiny house is fully equipped with everything you need, including a large BBQ on the balcony that has sensational views of hills and bush. We will certainly visit again!

A great tiny house accommodation with just what you need packed in. Susan was helpful with messaging things we may need, but we were left to our own space which was nice. 2 double beds up top, some board games, DVDs, a deck and a fire pit outside were great as well as the view and hilly farm walk. A nice little weekend away location not too far from Melbourne.

Weekend Trip to Clancy Springs, South Gippsland

Extremely well setup area. Amazing for families and groups who need mixed forms of camping. I have parents who can’t camp in tents anymore and need something more comfortable and the lodge worked great for that. Everyone is close by and the camp kitchen is great! Plenty of room for rvs too amazing views and super quiet (no road noise or anything). The host was lovely and even lit the fire for us when we arrived!

The Love Shack was absolutely exquisite in every way shape and form. Charming, cosy, warm, and delightfully secluded. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The space had an enchanting atmosphere that made it feel both magical and intimate. Kate’s thoughtful touches were evident throughout and genuinely appreciated, adding a layer of care that made the experience feel even more special. Although we had planned to explore the nearby national park, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the environment at all and just simply soaking up the beautiful energy of the space. It truly was the perfect weekend escape. Thank you so much, Kate we’ll definitely be back!
