There are the untouched wetlands, TiTree walks and abundant Wallabies, Cape Barren geese, Purple Hens, Pelicans and Bandicoots The chicory kiln at the entrance is known as the “Bern Denham kiln”. Bern Denham was one of the three original entrepreneurs in the 1920s who were the first to take tourists by torchlight to see the little penguins’ nightly arrival on the beach. Not to mention he was an influential contributor in getting the Phillip Island racetrack built and up and running. Our campsites are grassy green flat paddocks with separate access, great views across open green pastures of grazing cattle and sheep with views of the majestic hills of Dumbalk South. There's plenty to see and do in the area from the amazing Wilson's Prom Nat. Park (40 mins), to country town shopping (2 mins), waterfalls and more. We are only a 10min walk or 3min bike ride from the Great Southern Rail Trail which is a multi-use, gentle trail suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, covering 14 towns and 130klm it runs from Nyora to Yarrum with panoramic views of lush farmland, rainforest and pristine seascapes. The Great Southern Rail Trail links several unique towns. Just across the road you'll find Stony Creek Go Karts which is at 800 metres long, the longest Hire Kart track in Victoria and one of the few tracks that have racing karts and hire out karts as well as provide facilities to bring your own. (Book if poss). They also have other games facilities and an on-site café with great coffee and pizzas! Ten minutes drive towards Dumbalk South takes you to Blue Tree Honey Farm, a great little tourist attraction where you can taste and buy honey from local areas, sample a beautiful cream tea/coffee, have lunch in the cafe or sit outside and admire the scenic countryside. Just down the road towards Foster on your right you will find a fabulous panoramic lookout platform with views of Wilson's Promontory National Park (40 min) comprised of 125,000 acres of rainforests, extremely beautiful beaches, rugged granite mountains and abundant wildlife. Trails from the Tidal River settlement lead to Squeaky Beach, with its white quartz squeaky sand. Nearby, Mt. Oberon offers views of Bass Strait and offshore islands and Wilsons Promontory Light station, built in 1859, is on the southern coast. Nearby towns for shopping are Meeniyan, Leongatha and Foster. Leongatha has an indoor pool and Foster has a surprisingly good museum which as you walk through there are outbuildings like a jail and a schoolhouse, complete with school children! There are so many attractions nearby as well as local festivals and markets just about every weekend that you will keep coming back to fit them all in.

There are the untouched wetlands, TiTree walks and abundant Wallabies, Cape Barren geese, Purple Hens, Pelicans and Bandicoots The chicory kiln at the entrance is known as the “Bern Denham kiln”. Bern Denham was one of the three original entrepreneurs in the 1920s who were the first to take tourists by torchlight to see the little penguins’ nightly arrival on the beach. Not to mention he was an influential contributor in getting the Phillip Island racetrack built and up and running. Our property is 5 acres comprising of a farmhouse, shed and gardens. Our campsites are grassy green flat paddocks with separate access, great views across open green pastures of grazing cattle and sheep with views of the majestic hills of Dumbalk South. There's plenty to see and do in the area from the amazing Wilson's Prom Nat. Park (40 mins), to country town shopping (2 mins), waterfalls and more. We are only a 10min walk or 3min bike ride from the Great Southern Rail Trail which is a multi-use, gentle trail suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, covering 14 towns and 130klm it runs from Nyora to Yarrum with panoramic views of lush farmland, rainforest and pristine seascapes. The Great Southern Rail Trail links several unique towns. Just across the road you'll find Stony Creek Go Karts which is at 800 metres long, the longest Hire Kart track in Victoria and one of the few tracks that have racing karts and hire out karts as well as provide facilities to bring your own. (Book if poss). They also have other games facilities and an on-site café with great coffee and pizzas! Ten minutes drive towards Dumbalk South takes you to Blue Tree Honey Farm, a great little tourist attraction where you can taste and buy honey from local areas, sample a beautiful cream tea/coffee, have lunch in the cafe or sit outside and admire the scenic countryside. Just down the road towards Foster on your right you will find a fabulous panoramic lookout platform with views of Wilson's Promontory National Park (40 min) comprised of 125,000 acres of rainforests, extremely beautiful beaches, rugged granite mountains and abundant wildlife. Trails from the Tidal River settlement lead to Squeaky Beach, with its white quartz squeaky sand. Nearby, Mt. Oberon offers views of Bass Strait and offshore islands and Wilsons Promontory Light station, built in 1859, is on the southern coast. Nearby towns for shopping are Meeniyan, Leongatha and Foster. Leongatha has an indoor pool and Foster has a surprisingly good museum which as you walk through there are outbuildings like a jail and a schoolhouse, complete with school children! There are so many attractions nearby as well as local festivals and markets just about every weekend that you will keep coming back to fit them all in.

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time here. Jana was an exceptional host — incredibly helpful, with clear instructions for everything, regularly checking in, and even delivering us fresh berries to enjoy, which was such a thoughtful touch. The property is a working berry farm with plenty of space to explore, and it was wonderfully dog-friendly, which we loved. friendly. There are three campsites on the property, but they are well spaced apart, so you don’t see or hear other campers, which made it feel very private and peaceful. The lake/dam was a real highlight — perfect for cooling off on hot days. Having kayaks and paddle boards available made it even better, and it was such a relaxing place to unwind. We would absolutely recommend this stay and would love to come back.

My dogs and I loved camping at Jana's berry farm. Such a beautiful property and the site was nice and private and the other campsites were not visible. The days were hot so we made full use of the creek with kayaks and stand up paddle board. The dogs had a blast swimming and we thoroughly enjoyed the berries. This is now my new favorite hip camp and I can't wait to go back!

My partner and I had a great time camping at Bay Park. The grounds were lovely we stayed down the far end which made you feel like you were in the woods. It was peaceful and relaxing. The new toilet/shower block was clean the toilet down near us was a little dated but all added to the rustic feel. The staff were amazing, shout out to Michelle for being so friendly and accommodating we will definately be back. Also the beach/shops are an hour walk and there is also an hourly bus outside the campsite if you don’t drive.

We had a lovely camping trip at Bay Park. The area where we stayed was quiet and peaceful and really felt like we were in the woods. Michelle was amazing, and really accommodating we really appreciated all her help. The showers and toilets at the top end were new and very nice, the toilets near our end were a little dated but working and all added to the rustic experience. Will Definitely be coming back. Awesome spot! We loved camping at Bay Park! Great camping ground layout under the tree with very good toilet and shower block amenities, park benches and some power points for charging phones and equipment in places and fire pits available for camp fires. Excellent location not far at all to drive to Mount Martha beach and nearby cafes and services. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, at a great price. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend!

Great camping spot, 10 min drive from Mount Martha South beach and in a nice park. The toilet and showers were better than expected and the rangers were super friendly and helpful. Fire camps are permitted as long as the weather allows and there’s potable water on site. Only thing to note is that the Site E has a slight inclination which is not ideal for setting camp up, but it isn’t a dealbreaker.

Bay Park’s land is peaceful and spacious, with a lovely natural setting that makes it a great place to relax and unwind. Overall, the stay was nice and enjoyable. One small issue was that one of the toilet near the campsite could not be opened by my husband, and in another toilet the lock was not working, which was a bit inconvenient. It would also be great if there was an open kitchen area available where campers could cook some basic meals. Apart from these minor points, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the calm environment. Thank you
