Pollys paddock is named after a beautiful palomino horse named Polly, who lived here as a loved member of our family into her early 40s.
Polly's Paddock is a quiet camping area on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a couples only camping (adults only), no children, for safety reasons with a dam close by.
Only 15 minutes from Mount Martha village and Mornington, restaurants, amazing wineries, weekend markets, cafes and golf courses.
We are 10 minutes from swimming beaches and 20 minutes from surf beaches.
This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block.
We offer 2 flat caravan sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power.
There is a site with a glamping tent set in the garden.
The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided.
It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks.
All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet.
For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam.
Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater.
Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, wild ducks and the properties own poultry wander here.
No dogs on the glamping tent site.
Campfires are allowed during the cooler months, left to the hosts discretion for safety reasons. We supply a fire pit. BYO wood.

Weekend Trip to Polly's Paddock
My partner and I loved the glamping at Polly’s Paddock. We stayed for 2 nights and would have happily stayed for longer. Firstly, Amanda and Geoff were so kind and accomodating. We could tell how much care had been put into maintaining their beautiful property and facilities. There was a clean, toilet with running water and a lovely outdoor shower. Also, the tent had everything we needed- kettle, fridge, cutlery, dishes, fan. Both of us are 6ft tall and could comfortably walk around in the large tent, and the bed was really comfortable. I can’t recommend staying here more, we are planning on coming back soon. Only 5 minute drive to the beach and nearby shops. Thank you so much for the lovely stay :)

It was our first glamping and we enjoyed there so much! The tent and campfire pit were awesome. The host Sharelle was so kind and gave us a lot of tips where to visit and what we can do around there. The Kardella Park glamping spot was beautifully set up with absolutely everything you could need. Very comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom setup was so squeaky clean I thought it seemed brand new. The pergola space was a great place for meals and had pretty good shade most of the day for the quite hot weekend we were there. The beach is not far to walk or bike, and is a good spot to hire stand up paddle boards, canoes etc. Damian and Alli were super helpful. Definitely recommend.

We had a ball at Jo's hipcamp. It is such a unique and well set up camp, with so many extras provided, it was the easiest camping trip ever. We went with young kids (aged 2 - 8) and there were so many activities for them to do, from tennis, to feeding the animals, to swimming. The kids (and adults) loved the slippery slide, and watching the kids kayak in the evening whilst we sat by the fire pit in the evening was a highlight. I would 100% recommend and we'd love to come back.

We had an amazing 2-night glamping stay at Wayne & Sharelle’s land. They were incredibly welcoming, which made our experience even more special. The wine they provided was a delightful touch, and the firewood they prepared helped create the perfect camping atmosphere. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be visiting again!

We spent the long weekend at glamping tent in the garden area. It was great.
I’ve stayed in many different types of accomodation, from non powered site to fancy hotels. I don’t use this word even for the five star hotels that I have stayed before but the bathroom and the toilet onsite are SPOTLESS.
Both Damian and Ally are very nice and welcoming. You have to come to stay to experience yourself.
The only disappointment is the stay finished too soon and I wish I booked for longer.. 😄

Springview farm exceeded our expectations in every single way possible. The photos don’t do this spot justice - the privacy, the comfort, the small touches, it’s everything you could want for a weekend away. Jo went above and beyond to help us with things we were organising for our hens. We LOVED the dam and the slip n slide. The camp kitchen had everything we needed and the glamping setup was unbelievably cosy and comfy. We will be back without a doubt

Wayne and Sharelle are fantastic hosts, and have made for a special Glamping Camp option which we took to over NYE. The site has a designated fire pit, plus a hammock and the tent is set on a deck with outdoor furniture. Sharelle brought over a platter of goodies on our first night and Wayne kept the wood stack loaded as we’d also opted for this. Both of them gave some great tips for the area. The overall site is great to bring your own kit and camp, with a nicely setup outdoor shower and toilet if needed. There are chickens and other animals on the property and we brought some of their free range eggs which came in very handy. We really needed some nature and to unwind and this was the perfect place to switch off. Would highly recommend checking it out!!

I loved the property. The hosts are really nice and friendly and very accommodating. I paid extra for the fire pit and the wood, but it is well worth it if you’re looking for a oasis in a lush forest setting with a small running stream and fun amenities for kids and dogs run leash free this is the place. There’s two cows and a pony and we even got to feed them.

Everything! Such a beautiful and tranquil spot and the vibes were so nice. Wayne and Sharelle are excellent hosts and made sure we were happy going to bed! They had the fire lit for us on arrival to which we toasted our wine.
I will be back for sure - didn’t get enough time to appreciate the animals and this place, stay a few nights!! Comfiest bed ever by the way!
