We are located just 35 mins from Caloundra and 45 from Maroochydore. We are close to Australia Zoo, Ewen Maddock Dam, Maleny and Glasshouse Mountains. Enjoy mountain walks and cycling. The property is literally at the end of the road, surrounded by the national park and rainforest, which is normally only accessible by 4WD, camping at our property gives you access to a beautiful park and walks which may otherwise be inaccessible. We have 4 sites but only accept one booking at a time perfect for just one tent and a private getaway or for groups of families and friends. If you want to just arrive and immediately relax, in addition to the tents already set up we can also provide a Welcome meal for groups of 6 or more or a breakfast/dinner package. The town is noted for its bakery with donuts, the Kenilworth Dairy and has a growing market on Saturday mornings. The famous Eumundi Markets are 45 minutes away and open on Wednesday and Saturdays. We love celebrating food and a healthy life, and inviting people to enjoy our space is one step, with the vision for the accommodation to support events and education based around food, plant medicine, natural building and celebrating connections with friends, family and nature.

Overview

Australia’s most appealingly named strip of waterfront, the Sunshine Coast is a laidback spot with golden beaches, surf breaks, and lush hinterland. With options ranging from holiday parks set right on the beach and rainforest campgrounds to glamping tents on the edge of pristine wetlands, you’ll have no problem finding a place to sleep under the stars. The Sunshine Coast is popular year-round, but you can avoid the biggest crowds—and highest temperatures and heaviest rainfall—by visiting outside of summer (December through February).

Where to go

Caloundra

About an hour's drive north of Brisbane, Caloundra is home to some of Queensland’s best beaches. Kings Beach is a favourite for its oceanfront saltwater pool and walking tracks that lead around the Caloundra headland. In the heart of Caloundra, on the Pumicestone Passage, are a range of accommodation options from camping and caravan sites to oceanfront cabins and glamping tents, many with access to a swimming pool, laundry, and free wifi.

Maroochydore

Half an hour up the coast, Maroochydore is considered the heart of the Sunshine Coast. You can easily spend all your time in the main town, catching waves and enjoying the bars and restaurants that line its lively esplanade, but it’s also a prime spot for embarking on diving and snorkeling trips.

Coolum

Coolum is a perennially popular getaway for its beaches, golf courses, and carefree atmosphere. Explore the rocky headlands of Point Perry and Point Arkwright, and even tackle the climb to the peak of Mount Coolum—the view from the top is well worth the effort.
