Turkey's Nest Rainforest Cottages

Escape to a private cottage in the rainforest, with a cosy wood fire, views to the forest and birds visiting your verandah. 

Take a rainforest walk, stop at the local cafe, then back to your cottage for a massage, reading a book, sipping wine, a romantic candlelit meal, port and chocolates - how much more relaxing can it get? 

These are cottages only (no camping). Our cottages are fully self-contained with cooking facilities, full bathroom, fireplaces, verandah overlooking the forest, comfortable beds and all linen provided.

Mount Glorious has a cafe and a restaurant open during the day. There is no evening dining. A local chef will provide meals to your cottage (prior bookings necessary). Contact us for details.

Turkey's Nest is just 40km from Brisbane CBD - close to the city, yet a world away! Turkey's Nest is a wildlife refuge under the Land for Wildlife scheme, pets are not permitted.

Foggy Lookout Wellness Retreat

Nestled in the northern foothills of the Little Liverpool range and Minden village, Foggy Lookout Wellness Eco Retreat (FLoWER) is 53 acres of hillside bushland, rolling pastures and private hilltop campsites, with stunning views, sometimes foggy mornings and spectacular sunsets.

Our property is an easy drive to many local towns in the Lockyer and Somerset regions and only an hour to Toowoomba or Brisbane city.

Towns to visit north of us - Lowood, Tarampa and Fernvale and Esk. Towns west - Plainland, Laidley, Gatton and Toowoomba. Country towns south - Marburg and Rosewood, plus easy access to the Scenic Rim. Drive East and you come to Ipswich and Brisbane.

We can help you tailor your own special Foggy Lookout gathering.

Our sites are 4WD access only at the moment and have a designated fire pit for camp fires, just check there are no fire bans in place prior to arrival.

This must be purchased at time of booking to avoid disappointment or BYO firewood.

***BOOK Amenities TOILET/SHOWER units are only available for hire at our sites.

Pets on leash will be considered at some campsites, please ask us if you want to bring one.

Aromatherapy oils, hot towels and stretching techniques are used to ease aches and pains and help you feel relaxed and renewed.

Weefarm Brisbane River Camping

'Weefarm' is situated on a picturesque bend of the Brisbane River near Fernvale and is accessible by 4WD only.  Kids are free to 17 so if you have children between 12-17, please include them in the "children" booking.

We provide an exclusive booking for you on absolute river frontage for tents and camper trailers.

Spend your time swimming, fishing, canoeing or simply sipping a cold drink on the pontoon under the umbrella. With an easterly aspect you’ll want to spend the morning swimming or exploring the riverscape and when the afternoon shade sets in light the campfire and put your feet up.

There is no vehicular boat ramp but still excellent access for other small watercraft. Due to the steep track to the camp area we insist on 4WD’s only - though you can walk down if feeling energetic!

Please bring drinking water and a desire to leave the riverside just as you found it. We have enough room for around 20 people in tents or camper trailers.

Portaloo toilet available at the campsite.

Campfires are permitted in the circle but please be mindful of any restrictions. You can purchase firewood from us if needed.

Dogs are also welcome but must stay with you at all times.  Please let us know they are coming as well.

Lakeview

Lakeview is situated near the seaside village of Beachmere on just under 50 picturesque acres of Australian bushland, 45 minutes from the Brisbane CBD and 10 minutes off the Bruce Highway.

Experience the stunning vistas by the three billabongs while nestled in nature. Take nature walks, canoe and swim. Enjoy the flora, native animals and abundant birdlife or just relax by the campfire with the cooling sea breezes to add to the comfort and laid back lifestyle beside your own private open fire.

You can have the best of both worlds, the bush on one hand and the bay on the other with Caboolture River boat ramp just 5 minutes away, giving you access to Moreton Bay. So why not kick back and relax away from the stress of city life.

Lakeview is a private property not a commercial business, Lakeview is suitable for self-sufficient campers. There are no amenities, so you need to bring or hire your own. All payments are accepted as a donation to help maintain the grounds for our extended Lakeview family.

Two Tree Hill

Toft Endurance, a working horse stud, welcomes you to Two Tree Hill. Two Tree Hill is a magnificent property elevated above Tallegalla, Marburg, with 360 degree views of the surrounding districts. The terrain is hilly and home to approximately 100 Arabian horses. Features of Two Tree Hill include- a variety of camp sites to suit everyone- 120 acres for walking- a pergola for parties, BBQs, yoga etc.- access to a private home gymnasium and pool on requestWe are situated at Tallegalla, 5 minutes from the small town of Marburg. Marburg has a pub, a general store, an antique shop and café. Another nearby town is Rosewood, about 10 minute drive. Rosewood has most basic facilities including a small supermarket, fuel station and train station. Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times so they don't disrupt the horses. Campfires are also permitted, please ensure you observe and fire restrictions in place during your stay.If you have any questions, please enquire and we hope to facilitate your enjoyable stay soon.
