Access to Rules Beach is available during low tide only, offering opportunities for exploring rock pools and observing sea life. Travel north to the Broadwater or south to the mouth of Baffle Creek for a scenic drive. Rules Beach is a nesting ground for several species of sea turtles, which are threatened and protected. They nest on the beach from November to March each year. Please be mindful not to drive above the high tide mark, respecting the pristine landscape. Dragon fruit gardens. We produce fruit from November until May. We have over 100 different varieties of dragon fruit, with each one having different foliage characteristics and tastes, like watermelon, lime, coconut, lychee and more. Half of our 3.7 Acres is farm forestry that we are building a syntropic farm in. We are 5km from the beach, 4.5 km from the nearest supermarket and 13km from 1770 headland. 12km to the north we have Eurimbula National Park where you can explore middle creek and Eurimbula creek. 8km to the South we have Deep-Water National Park, where you can discover by 4wd some amazing uncrowded beaches. Close by we have Agnes Water main beach, Workman’s beach, Chinamans beach and Springs beach to explore. 1770 headland offers a short walk with an amazing view. Every second Sunday at the 1770 rotary park we have a local market which is a great place to pick up fresh fruit and veg. Agnes water and 1770 has that small town feel and slowed-down pace with lots of friendly locals making it a great place to explore, take a deep breath and relax. We do not provide power, water or toilet this is for off grid campers only.

With 50 acres of natural vegetation at various stages of regeneration, we are located adjacent to 1000 hectares of crown land, ideal for bushwalking and outdoor activities. The camp is close to beach landscapes (3kms) , tidal saltwater creeks (4km), and estuaries, renowned for fishing, crabbing, and 4WD adventures. Situated near the sand track to Agnes Water, day trips are both fun and interesting. The maintained boat ramp (Flat Rock Picnic Area) is just 4 km away, providing a relaxing experience on the water. Access to Rules Beach is available during low tide only, offering opportunities for exploring rock pools and observing sea life. Travel north to the Broadwater or south to the mouth of Baffle Creek for a scenic drive. Rules Beach is a nesting ground for several species of sea turtles, which are threatened and protected. They nest on the beach from November to March each year. Please be mindful not to drive above the high tide mark, respecting the pristine landscape. Experience morning sunrise over the beach and sunset through the treetops. "The Windmill" is set on a 4 acre property which consists of a beuutiful 3 bedroom home set amongst our beautiful gardens, available for guests wanting the creature comforts. This property is host to three permanent residents, an onsite care taker who resides in one building, and the cottage occupied by our onsite massuese, not to mention our community Red dog who is very social......... so pets with the same mentality are very welcome! This property provides our guests local produce grown or sourced from local farmers. Fresh, filterred drinking water can be purchased on site. For our onsite campers........at this stage of the properties development, we ask all to be self contained for sanitary and power needs. The property offers many shaded areas and a beautiful swimming hole to cool off in the warmer months. Here at the windmill we cater for all social events, with the appropriate communication we can organise a day of fun with workshops ranging from blacksmitthing and permiculture, to brethwork and meditation events, to couple retreats.........Bookings are essential, limited space and conditions apply. Midskinrick has 7 large family sized sites with a firebox on each site (no water connection) situated near the dam. Access to, Hot showers (Small fee applies), Flushing toilets, Washing Machine (small fee per load) and a Camp kitchen. This price is for unpowered. If you want power, please add this as an extra during booking $10 per night. The powered sites are approximately 450m from the riverbank. Confirming there are no water connections to these sites, but fresh water is available for drinking. Midskinrick has 7 large family sized sites with a firebox on each, overlooking the river flats - Septic flushing toilets, Shower room (solar bag not supplied), Drinking water, Camp kitchen area, Firebox - bring your own wood or purchase from the owners (please do not source firewood from the roadside due to animal habitats).
