Callemondah is a 1500 acre Farm owned by Norm and Rhonda Betts located south of Warwick in Queensland.
Callemondah is Aboriginal for "Many Hills" and the Farm is an Aussie Whites Sheep Stud Farm.
Callemondah Camping is a new designated camping area that overlooks a picturesque waterhole and park like setting.
There are fire pits to cook your food with and to have a campfire, just ask for a load of firewood or book it through Hipcamp here.
We can hold and cater for functions such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings and Corporate Outdoor and Team building Functions.
We do allow dogs that must remain on a leash at all times.
You can also bring your horse/s on planned events and ride through the paddocks and hills of Callemondah Farm.
The farm is a scenic mixture of wide open grazing fields and areas of native bushland which features native bird life and wildlife such as cockatoos, black cockatoos, galahs, crows, mapgies, kangaroos, wallabies, goannas and more.
The Rosenthal creek meanders through Callemondah Farm which is very beautiful and makes for a lovely walk or to sit beside and create a painting.
You can go for an amble throughout the farm or do a larger hike and take in the spectacular views from the various high points. (by arrangement only)
Breeding Stud Sheep is the main agricultural activity on the Farm and there are pigs in the newly built piggery, poultry, farm dogs, horses and other farm animals featured.
You can drive into Warwick which is only 5 minutes away, go for a country drive or take a trip to Stanthorpe, Allora, Yangan and other towns for the day or to visit markets and events.
There are various National Parks you can visit to go hiking and we can organize horse riding and other activities for you and your family.
