Tandem hang gliding gift vouchers are very popular, as you get to take off from the property and flyover you’re campsite and then up to 2500ft. Then come and land right next to your friends and family at the Oz Sky Ranch. We pride ourselves on keeping the property lovely and clean. We are also opening our home and farm to you. So please respect it and enjoy it as we do. We have 5 designated campsites positioned around the property. Within the designated sites, there are camp spots that we rotate. Please check with us to see what ones are open. We need to rotate the sites and rest them. This is how we keep them well-maintained and looking amazing. If it is wet weather we will close down sites and recommend other spots. We pride our self’s on having a lovely property and want you to have an amazing camping experience. If it is bad weather, we will recommend another site or you can change dates. Campfires are allowed at designated camp spots when fire bans aren't in place. Firewood is available to purchase . We have a no dog policy. No smoking is allowed on the property, vaping is fine at your own campsite. No glass Policy, bring cans or leave your wine bottle in your caravan or tent/car. Bring plastic glasses to drink out off. We do have a lot of rule, they are in place to give you a Beautiful environment to Camp in and To look after our Animals and farm. We accept groups however we have strict rules around this, so please discuss with us first. If you are up early in the morning you may be lucky enough to see the best in QLD barefoot water skiers training on the lake and also tandem hang gliders getting towed up from the airstrip. Welcome to our lush 9 acre Hobby Farm Stay property overlooking the Brisbane River with horses, ducks, geese and chickens. Experience the joys of farm life, feeding the animals, collecting eggs and relaxing under the mango trees. You can choose a private campsite tucked away out of sight of the main house, shaded by mango and orange trees. If you choose to camp in the open away from the trees, the house will be in sight, but we live a quiet life and will respect your privacy. The site is perfect for couples and family/friend groups. We can accommodate, tents, campers trailers, caravans and RV's. Being so close to the CBD the site is a great option for 'shake down' short stays for your new caravan or camper trailer. If you're new to camping this is a great place to ease into a lifestyle that offers so many opportunities further afield. You won't have to share the campsite with other campers, you will have the spot all to yourselves. There is a large flat grassy area for kids to play and ride bikes. Please keep in mind that this is a 'Farm Stay', you will be camping on a working property which is also our big back yard. Your privacy is assured, however, if you are looking for total seclusion, this may not be the Hipcamp property for you. Supermarket, bottle shop, takeaways, cafe and pharmacy less that 4 km away. Campfires are permitted. Firewood is available as an 'extra' for $20, if you would like a bundle please amend your booking to include firewood. Power (10amp 0nly) and water is available close to your campsite, but you must bring your own camping toilet. Daily water usage is included in your booking fee. Long range water tank fill ups incur a one off extra fee of $10, please include this in your booking under extras. We are friendly hosts who will respect your privacy and welcome your children to participate in farmyard feeding times and egg collecting (less eggs in winter). Our geese and ducks and chickens are hand reared so they are not aggressive at all 😃 We have two Sausage dogs, Ockie and Arlo. Ockie especially likes to visit campers, Arlo is a little less social but she may visit if she musters up the courage. This is their home so if you aren't doggy people perhaps this isn't the campsite for you. Please keep your food and rubbish up high so the doggos and other critters don't help themselves. Horse riding lessons are available by prior arrangement. Please give 7 days notice prior to your stay should you wish to book a riding lesson. The knight Ranch is a small hobby farm with beautiful flat grassy fields, Established trees providing plenty of shade. Wildlife a plenty. With resident animals tawny frog mouth and ducks. The camp/caravan site is isolated out in the rear paddock. The most pristine area on the property. As soon as you arrive you will begin to relax. Easy access off wallace road and easy pull through to the back paddock. Open grassy field with established trees overlooking a small dam and bushland. The perfect place to set up, chuck a roast on and crack a cold one. Campfire locations a plenty so find the one the best suits your mood. Close proximity (driving) to the river for a spot of fishing, the bay for an early morning walk or explore with the kids and the local tavern for some adult time. A walk up Wallace road on an evening is quite nice if you are looking to stretch your legs. IMPORTANT: The Ranch is on the corner of beachmere and Wallace road. Access is off Wallace road. After you turn onto Wallace road it’s the first right at the yellow letterbox. Pull through and down to the left. Through the gate next to the container out into the back paddock. Please keep this gate shut. You can camp anywhere you like. Some areas are sandy and difficult to re-establish so please stick to the firm grass. If you have animals please clean up after them and dogs are to be on lead as we have wonderful bird life along with lizards and chickens on the property. The fire pit has bricks around it but you can have a contained fire anywhere there is already a burnt patch. You can help yourself to any kindling but it’s BYO firewood. Please do not chop logs or collect logs from the property.

Helidon Spa Eco Village

Helidon Spa Eco Village is built on a beautiful natural spring, rich with wildlife and native plants. This friendly local camping and caravan park is set on a sprawling 20 acres and located on the edge of the natural spring located conveniently off the Warrego Highway. Caravans and Motorhomes can stay in one of three spots overlooking the natural spring giving the area it's name, Helidon Spa. Power is available at each of the fixed sites. Important to Note:- *There is no dump point on-site. *Pets only welcome for casual/short-term stays. The area, once a bustling tourist attraction has since been converted into a small sustainable village that several locals call home. Picnic tables and amenities are less than 200m away from all sites. All grey water is recycled and treated on site and all fresh water is drawn from the natural spring. Please wait for staff member to come out and greet you in your car. LONG TERM RENTALS AVAILABLE Amenity block with hot water and flushing toilets for those booked in Pepperina. ADULTS ONLY STRICTLY NO CHILDREN. LIMITED SITES. Top Paddock power, Top Paddock powered and Paddock Camp unpowered we have gas camp style showers (preset temperature for the safety of children). It will not be a hot shower like you have at home, however you will get clean. There are also pit toilets in the camp areas. In each camp area we have 3 x rubbish bins. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HAVE DRINKING WATER AVAILABLE. WE DO NOT HAVE WATER TO FILL YOUR CARAVAN. Plenty of room for self-contained caravans/motorhomes and places to pitch a tent or camper. National Parks, walking trails, Wineries, Gourmet Pubs and Restaurants, Markets, two magnificent parks with play areas for children and so many other points of interest to see and discover. You get to meet cows, pigs, alpacas, Boer goats Dorper Sheep, a multitude of chickens, geese, peacocks and guinea fowl. Miss Piggy loves posing for the camera. Being in a rural area we have strict guidelines for campfires. We follow all Local Government guidelines and the QFS. The Croft Horse Trax Oz Blackbutt

The Croft provides a quiet place to sit relax and take in the fresh air. Birds doing the day will provide you with the Australian bush experience with the clear skies above you at night to shine a light on how big the universe is. You will have a 5-acre area to explore during your visit with a large flat campsite area with power and water if that is what you need. The onsite caravan – BETTY – is also available for your to book if you need a bit more of a glamping holiday. Self sufficient sites are available as well in another part of The Croft property near the dam and is accessed via the main property. Options for visitors are tailored for the horse rider however you don’t need a horse to visit and enjoy what The Croft has to offer. You can also spend time with the horses here with a variety of courses and lesson times available as both extras and as part of package deals and our flag ship Back in the Saddle retreat option. Bookings are all made via HIPCAMP and require pre approval so I can make sure that horses are available if you need a retreat package and to make sure that everything will be ready for your arrival. There are many things to do in Blackbutt as well as spending some time at The Croft. Every 3rd Sunday is our market day, the renowned Blackbutt Bakery is always at your disposal and a great pub for a pub grub night. If you are a rider and have your own horse, there is also a great dressage instructor in Blackbutt – Yarralee Dressage Development – who you can book lessons with during your stay. If you are wanting more western discipline work, I can provide you with some basic instruction on patterns and ranch trail tips. The horse trails network is 500m up the road and has signage. I have access to the rail trail via private property, or otherwise you can utilise Staines Road to get into Benarkin State Forestry or the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. Dogs are also welcome who are well behaved and on a leash if others have horses with them. Please note that you MUST ensure your dog has tick prevention prior to arrival. Welcome to our lush 9 acre Hobby Farm Stay property overlooking the Brisbane River with horses, ducks, geese and chickens. Experience the joys of farm life, feeding the animals, collecting eggs and relaxing under the mango trees. You can choose a private campsite tucked away out of sight of the main house, shaded by mango and orange trees. If you choose to camp in the open away from the trees, the house will be in sight, but we live a quiet life and will respect your privacy. The site is perfect for couples and family/friend groups. We can accommodate, tents, campers trailers, caravans and RV's. Being so close to the CBD the site is a great option for 'shake down' short stays for your new caravan or camper trailer. If you're new to camping this is a great place to ease into a lifestyle that offers so many opportunities further afield. You won't have to share the campsite with other campers, you will have the spot all to yourselves. There is a large flat grassy area for kids to play and ride bikes. Please keep in mind that this is a 'Farm Stay', you will be camping on a working property which is also our big back yard. Your privacy is assured, however, if you are looking for total seclusion, this may not be the Hipcamp property for you. Supermarket, bottle shop, takeaways, cafe and pharmacy less that 4 km away. Campfires are permitted. Firewood is available as an 'extra' for $20, if you would like a bundle please amend your booking to include firewood. Power (10amp 0nly) and water is available close to your campsite, but you must bring your own camping toilet. Daily water usage is included in your booking fee. Long range water tank fill ups incur a one off extra fee of $10, please include this in your booking under extras. We are friendly hosts who will respect your privacy and welcome your children to participate in farmyard feeding times and egg collecting (less eggs in winter). Our geese and ducks and chickens are hand reared so they are not aggressive at all 😃 We have two Sausage dogs, Ockie and Arlo. Ockie especially likes to visit campers, Arlo is a little less social but she may visit if she musters up the courage. This is their home so if you aren't doggy people perhaps this isn't the campsite for you. Please keep your food and rubbish up high so the doggos and other critters don't help themselves. Horse riding lessons are available by prior arrangement. Please give 7 days notice prior to your stay should you wish to book a riding lesson. No dogs please, Ockie and Arlo are the masters of their domain and don't like doggy interlopers. NB: The site is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings.

The Croft Horse Trax Oz Blackbutt

The Croft provides a quiet place to sit relax and take in the fresh air. Birds doing the day will provide you with the Australian bush experience with the clear skies above you at night to shine a light on how big the universe is. You will have a 5-acre area to explore during your visit with a large flat campsite area with power and water if that is what you need. The onsite caravan – BETTY – is also available for your to book if you need a bit more of a glamping holiday. Self sufficient sites are available as well in another part of The Croft property near the dam and is accessed via the main property. Options for visitors are tailored for the horse rider however you don’t need a horse to visit and enjoy what The Croft has to offer. You can also spend time with the horses here with a variety of courses and lesson times available as both extras and as part of package deals and our flag ship Back in the Saddle retreat option. Bookings are all made via HIPCAMP and require pre approval so I can make sure that horses are available if you need a retreat package and to make sure that everything will be ready for your arrival. There are many things to do in Blackbutt as well as spending some time at The Croft. Every 3rd Sunday is our market day, the renowned Blackbutt Bakery is always at your disposal and a great pub for a pub grub night. If you are a rider and have your own horse, there is also a great dressage instructor in Blackbutt – Yarralee Dressage Development – who you can book lessons with during your stay. If you are wanting more western discipline work, I can provide you with some basic instruction on patterns and ranch trail tips. The horse trails network is 500m up the road and has signage. I have access to the rail trail via private property, or otherwise you can utilise Staines Road to get into Benarkin State Forestry or the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. Dogs are also welcome who are well behaved and on a leash if others have horses with them. Please note that you MUST ensure your dog has tick prevention prior to arrival. All welcome to visit and please enjoy a campsite that will only ever have 2 bookings at a time in the 1 acre camping area.

Caravans and Motorhomes can stay in one of three spots overlooking the natural spring giving the area it's name, Helidon Spa. Power is available at each of the fixed sites. Important to Note:- *There is no dump point on-site. *Pets only welcome for casual/short-term stays. The area, once a bustling tourist attraction has since been converted into a small sustainable village that several locals call home. Picnic tables and amenities are less than 200m away from all sites. All grey water is recycled and treated on site and all fresh water is drawn from the natural spring. Street lights are solar powered and as you read this the on site electricity is being converted to solar.

The knight Ranch is a small hobby farm with beautiful flat grassy fields, Established trees providing plenty of shade. Wildlife a plenty. With resident animals tawny frog mouth and ducks. The camp/caravan site is isolated out in the rear paddock. The most pristine area on the property. As soon as you arrive you will begin to relax. Easy access off wallace road and easy pull through to the back paddock. Open grassy field with established trees overlooking a small dam and bushland. The perfect place to set up, chuck a roast on and crack a cold one. Campfire locations a plenty so find the one the best suits your mood. Close proximity (driving) to the river for a spot of fishing, the bay for an early morning walk or explore with the kids and the local tavern for some adult time. A walk up Wallace road on an evening is quite nice if you are looking to stretch your legs. IMPORTANT: The Ranch is on the corner of beachmere and Wallace road. Access is off Wallace road. After you turn onto Wallace road it’s the first right at the yellow letterbox. Pull through and down to the left. Through the gate next to the container out into the back paddock. Please keep this gate shut. You can camp anywhere you like. Some areas are sandy and difficult to re-establish so please stick to the firm grass. If you have animals please clean up after them and dogs are to be on lead as we have wonderful bird life along with lizards and chickens on the property. The fire pit has bricks around it but you can have a contained fire anywhere there is already a burnt patch. You can help yourself to any kindling but it’s BYO firewood. Please do not chop logs or collect logs from the property.
