Yabba Creek Farm is located along the Yabba Creek just west of Imbil. Only 3km past Imbil township and 10km to Borumba Dam. The property boast exquisite views of the Yabba Creek bordering Mount Granger and forestry as our backdrop. Make use of the free kayak hire. It is a must do so you can see what makes this area famous. You won’t be disappointed!! There are deep swimming holes as well as shallow areas for the little ones. *** Please note there is a rifle range within a few kilometres of the farm. You can hear the gun shot echos when range is open during some weekends FYI *** Yabba creek Farm is one of three Hipcamps along this stretch of Yabba Creek. To the west is Maluka Park - runner up Hipcamp 2022 and finalist 2023 in Australia. To the east is Yabba Ridge with an abundance of unique animals you can see across the paddock from Yabba Creek Farm. These campsites are really hidden gems. Be sure to book early as we are gaining popularity with limited bookings available. Camps are spaced out along a manicured 300m creek frontage. There is a total of 1km creek frontage on Yabba Creek Farm for your to explore. Attractions include kayaking - provided and are free to use, fishing (current ban in place for Mary River Cod breeding season), bush walking and wildlife watching. Platypus are frequently sighted in the Yabba creek. Lungfish can also be viewed while kayaking or snorkelling. Koalas, wallabies, gonnas and an abundance of bird life are also commonly sighted. Dogs are welcome on very strict conditions as we have farm animals including, chickens, horses and a turkey, so must remain secure on a leash at all times. Dogs with hunting or chasing nature are not welcome for the safety of our animals and wildlife. One toilet available. Cleaned daily. BYO if you wish to camp further away from main area. Second hire toilet during peak season. Campfires are welcome in the fire pit provided. Weekends and holidays we provide farm experiences for the kids with feeding and petting with ponies and pony ride for the little kids, chickens and turkey. Riverdell is 166 acres located on the eastern side of the Blackall Range extending down to the Mooloolah River headwaters. Escape off grid to enjoy the peace and quiet, watch the cattle grazing in the paddocks, spot the native birdlife or cuddle up by the fire in your own secluded paradise. Sunrises are spectacular while sunsets by open campfire are also a highlight of the Riverdell experience. Take a short walk up the creek, west of The Junction carpark above the camp site to see some scenic rockpools and waterfalls in the cool of the rainforest canopy. Walking boots are highly recommended. There is plenty to do and see in the area including exploring nearby Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve, Gardeners Falls, Kondalilla National Park, Australia Zoo, indulge in a tasting at the Barrel at Clouds Vineyard opposite the front gate, stroll through Maleny Botanic Gardens & Bird World or take a short drive to some of Australia’s most beautiful beaches. Access during daylight hours via 4WD ONLY with AT or MT off-road Tyres, RT Tyres are not permitted due to the steepness of the tracks. Off-road camper trailers are suitable for some campsites (max weight 1500kg and max length 5m restrictions apply). Caravans are not permitted due to the steep terrain. A Portaloo is located between the Ocean View 1 and 2 sites and a second Portaloo is located centrally and within walking distance to The Knoll, Upper Plateau, Valley View and Little Bunya campsites. Our 1000 acres mountain top working cattle and horses farm is only 45 minutes from Brisbane CBD. It offers spectacular Glasshouse mountains and ocean views. Activities include hiking, swimming, canoeing, horse riding and more. You can bring your own tent, caravan, motorhome or stay in bunkhouse that sleeps 10 with shower. From many parts of the farm you have a beautiful views encompassing Malenny, Glasshouse Mountains , Bribie island, Moreton Island, Stradbroke Island, Redcliffe and Brisbane Port Site. We have a beautiful deepwater lake that's perfect for swimming, canoeing. The property is traversed by a number of rain forested creeks and ravines which are perfect for adventure hiking and rock climbing. We can also take you horse riding around the farm for a couple of hours or to the local winery if you prefer longer ride. We cater for all levels of riding. We have many panoramic campsites for you to choose from. These are suited to any one with the swag, tent, camper, caravan or motorhome. You need to be self sufficient. For those liking the comforts of home we have a bunkhouse which sleeps 10 and has electricity, water, flush toilet, shower, stove, microwave and TV. Linen is not supplied. If you are driving 2wd, or 4wd towing a caravan or a big trailer and GPS takes you through Mountain View rd., do not go that way, go through Dayboro rd. For those without transport Dakabin train station is 25 min from the farm. Pick up and drop off to the station can be arranged. There is a wide variety of shops and restaurants less than 10 min away.

Maluka Park

Please notify us if you are camping with other campers who have booked a separate site so we can have you camping beside each other. During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings. Kayaks are provided free of charge for all campers to use in Yabba Creek. Please treat them respectfully and return them back to their launching place just below the powerlines. If you wish to bring along your own kayak, you can launch them at the walkway between campsite 8 and 9 where our camp kayaks are stored, however, cars are restricted from driving down to the water edge so you will have to carry them to the water to launch them. Please note that you are responsible for your own kayak. All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding. Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek. We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres. We have 1km of creek frontage. The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them. It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots. There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle. This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower. Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits). Firewood is available and can be delivered to your site by our local contractor. Cost is $20 for a generous load or $10 for a half load. The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure. Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation. The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more. We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section. Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours.

Buranga Farm is a small organic family-run farm on 60 acres in the Noosa hinterland only ten minutes from Peregian Beach. The property is largely flat with a hill on the Eastern side and a ridgeline at the very back of the property. There are plenty of cleared open areas as well as a mix of lightly treed and native vegetation. Site one and two are located on the hillside looking west to Mount Cooroy and are best suited for couples. Sites three and four share a large open grassed area the flows down to the main dam that offers great swimming. All areas of the property are open to campers to walk through and explore. The farm comprises a series of ponds near the road that are in the process of being renovated for Red Claw Crayfish. There are fruit trees and veggie gardens around the house, as well as a horse and house cow that guests are welcome to interact with. The balance of the land is either grazed by our small herd of Murray Grey Cattle or set aside for regeneration. Dog friendly. Simle composting/drop toilet available.

From many parts of the farm you have a beautiful views encompassing Malenny, Glasshouse Mountains , Bribie island, Moreton Island, Stradbroke Island, Redcliffe and Brisbane Port Site. We have a beautiful deepwater lake that's perfect for swimming, canoeing. The property is traversed by a number of rain forested creeks and ravines which are perfect for adventure hiking and rock climbing. We can also take you horse riding around the farm for a couple of hours or to the local winery if you prefer longer ride. We cater for all levels of riding. We have many panoramic campsites for you to choose from. These are suited to any one with the swag, tent, camper, caravan or motorhome. You need to be self sufficient. For those liking the comforts of home we have a bunkhouse which sleeps 10 and has electricity, water, flush toilet, shower, stove, microwave and TV. Linen is not supplied. If you are driving 2wd, or 4wd towing a caravan or a big trailer and GPS takes you through Mountain View rd., do not go that way, go through Dayboro rd. For those without transport Dakabin train station is 25 min from the farm. Pick up and drop off to the station can be arranged. There is a wide variety of shops and restaurants less than 10 min away.

Buranga Farm is a small organic family-run farm on 60 acres in the Noosa hinterland only ten minutes from Peregian Beach. The property is largely flat with a hill on the Eastern side and a ridgeline at the very back of the property. There are plenty of cleared open areas as well as a mix of lightly treed and native vegetation. Site one and two are located on the hillside looking west to Mount Cooroy and are best suited for couples. Sites three and four share a large open grassed area the flows down to the main dam that offers great swimming. All areas of the property are open to campers to walk through and explore. The farm comprises a series of ponds near the road that are in the process of being renovated for Red Claw Crayfish. There are fruit trees and veggie gardens around the house, as well as a horse and house cow that guests are welcome to interact with. The balance of the land is either grazed by our small herd of Murray Grey Cattle or set aside for regeneration. Dog friendly. Simle composting/drop toilet available.

Access during daylight hours via 4WD ONLY with AT or MT off-road Tyres, RT Tyres are not permitted due to the steepness of the tracks. There are a range of great nearby activities, farms, orchards, walks etc. It's the perfect spot to explore the Cooloola Coast, Rainbow Beach and Fraser Island. Maluka Park

Please notify us if you are camping with other campers who have booked a separate site so we can have you camping beside each other. During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings. Kayaks are provided free of charge for all campers to use in Yabba Creek. Please treat them respectfully and return them back to their launching place just below the powerlines. If you wish to bring along your own kayak, you can launch them at the walkway between campsite 8 and 9 where our camp kayaks are stored, however, cars are restricted from driving down to the water edge so you will have to carry them to the water to launch them. Please note that you are responsible for your own kayak. All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding. Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek. We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres. We have 1km of creek frontage. The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them. It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots. There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle. This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower. Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits). Firewood is available and can be delivered to your site by our local contractor. Cost is $20 for a generous load or $10 for a half load. The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure. Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation. The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more. We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section. Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours.

To the west is Maluka Park - runner up Hipcamp 2022 and finalist 2023 in Australia. To the east is Yabba Ridge with an abundance of unique animals you can see across the paddock from Yabba Creek Farm. These campsites are really hidden gems. Be sure to book early as we are gaining popularity with limited bookings available. Camps are spaced out along a manicured 300m creek frontage. There is a total of 1km creek frontage on Yabba Creek Farm for your to explore. Attractions include kayaking - provided and are free to use, fishing (current ban in place for Mary River Cod breeding season), bush walking and wildlife watching. Platypus are frequently sighted in the Yabba creek. Lungfish can also be viewed while kayaking or snorkelling. Koalas, wallabies, gonnas and an abundance of bird life are also commonly sighted. Dogs are welcome on very strict conditions as we have farm animals including, chickens, horses and a turkey, so must remain secure on a leash at all times. Dogs with hunting or chasing nature are not welcome for the safety of our animals and wildlife. One toilet available. Cleaned daily. BYO if you wish to camp further away from main area. Second hire toilet during peak season. Campfires are welcome in the fire pit provided. Weekends and holidays we provide farm experiences for the kids with feeding and petting with ponies and pony ride for the little kids, chickens and turkey. The Cooke Family welcomes you to “Hopevale”. A beautiful 113 acre property bordered by Wrattens National Park at the edge of the world in the peaceful Widgee district of greater Gympie. Jason, a landscaper by trade, and Jacinta a teacher by profession, met many years ago at a national Christian youth conference. Four beautiful children later and many years down the track, they bought Hopevale as a blank cattle fattening property in 2018. After much hard work, they have made it what it is today, with plans to continually improve. We have different camp options available, one of which is set up for those guests also wanting to stay with horses or just have a larger group booking. Guests will have access to a toilet and shower throughout their stay which is within walking distance from each of the campsites. Campfires and pets are welcome. The property has only had 4 farming owners in its 110 odd years since it was first surveyed and selected in 1915. The Hillcoats, Bishops, Cotters, and now the Cooke’s. The families over the years have used the property for timber getting, dairy, beef and small cropping. The property is geologically rich with volcanic soils, sandstone escarpments full of caves and overhangs. The mighty Wrattens Falls sits to the back of the property in the National Park and is a sight to behold in full flow. It feeds the head waters of the western branch of Widgee Creek which meanders through the property. The subtropical dry rainforest clad mountains are dominated by the majestic Bunya and Hoop pines and are a testament to what once was covering the entire property before being cleared for farming. Remnant riparian creek lines are botanically rich and diverse holding Red and White Cedar, Teak, Silky oak and many other coveted timber trees harvested back in the day. There are many species of animals and birds that call Hopevale home. From water dragons, frogs and fish in the creeks, monitors, wallabies, deer, koalas, possums and phascogales in the eucalypts. Red-back wrens, pardalotes, rainbow bee-eaters, finches and quail call the open grasses home while whip birds give their iconic call in the forest. Above, birds of prey ride the thermals of the valley looking for their next meal. “We have been blessed beyond measure with a small slice of God’s wonderful creation that we would love to share with you.”

The road to the campsite is an all-weather access road. The campsite is also easily accessible with 2WD vehicles. A FAIR USE POLICY applies to guests who intend to camp as one party. Also please note we have 24 sites only, however some of these sites can easily fit 40 people therefore on Hipcamp it can show lots of availability when in fact that may not be the case. We are more expensive per person than other camp sites. Please note this includes hipcamp fees and charges and you are covered by hipcamp insurance. We don’t charge for pets, nor do we charge to use our 6 onsite canoes, nor do we charge extra for hot showers or rubbish removal, we haveguest wifi. Our 1km private driveway is rough but if driven to conditions a 2wd has no issues.. Most of the time space is abundant however if choosing to come on a long weekend, Easter or New Years expect it to be a lot busier than your average weekend with larger groups camping together, however still plenty of space between groups. You won’t ever have to trip over your neighbours tent ropes here. Eco friendly lakefront and near to lake front sites. Please don’t arrive expecting lakefront, our sites are all near to and Depending on group size not everyone will have lake frontage. We can never guarantee requests. Our 1000 acres mountain top working cattle and horses farm is only 45 minutes from Brisbane CBD. It offers spectacular Glasshouse mountains and ocean views. Activities include hiking, swimming, canoeing, horse riding and more. You can bring your own tent, caravan, motorhome or stay in bunkhouse that sleeps 10 with shower. From many parts of the farm you have a beautiful views encompassing Malenny, Glasshouse Mountains , Bribie island, Moreton Island, Stradbroke Island, Redcliffe and Brisbane Port Site. We have a beautiful deepwater lake that's perfect for swimming, canoeing. The property is traversed by a number of rain forested creeks and ravines which are perfect for adventure hiking and rock climbing. We can also take you horse riding around the farm for a couple of hours or to the local winery if you prefer longer ride. We cater for all levels of riding. We have many panoramic campsites for you to choose from. These are suited to any one with the swag, tent, camper, caravan or motorhome. You need to be self sufficient. For those liking the comforts of home we have a bunkhouse which sleeps 10 and has electricity, water, flush toilet, shower, stove, microwave and TV. Linen is not supplied. If you are driving 2wd, or 4wd towing a caravan or a big trailer and GPS takes you through Mountain View rd., do not go that way, go through Dayboro rd. For those without transport Dakabin train station is 25 min from the farm. Pick up and drop off to the station can be arranged. There is a wide variety of shops and restaurants less than 10 min away.

Sublime Camping

Pitch your tent or park your van in our picturesque orchard grove. We are right next door to Sublime Farm and Brewery, where you can meet new friends, pick your own limes, grab a delicious meal, sample their craft brews, and enjoy live music on the weekends. It is a large block and there are campsites far enough away that you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Guests will have access to a toilet throughout their stay. Pets are permitted but we ask you to please keep them on a leash at all times to protect the wildlife and surrounding environment. Our property features a Koala habitat and a creek where we occasionally spot platypus. There are a range of great nearby activities, farms, orchards, walks etc. It's the perfect spot to explore the Cooloola Coast, Rainbow Beach and Fraser Island. Please note the Bar and Restaurant at Sublime opens on weekends, with limited trading hours midweek, so please phone ahead to check opening hours if this is an important part of your visit.

NO POWERED SITES. 170 acre private Park. NO UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO BRING or USE MOTORISED EQUIPMENT ON OUR PRIVATE LAKE. Somerset Dam is 40minutes away and you are able to use your own motorised equipment there. PLEASE if booking individually but you intend to join a larger group please message me on hipcamp after you have booked telling me the names of people you would like to camp with so I can allocate a space large enough to fit you all. Also please note we have 24 sites only, however some of these sites can easily fit 40 people therefore on Hipcamp it can show lots of availability when in fact that may not be the case. We are more expensive per person than other camp sites. Please note this includes hipcamp fees and charges and you are covered by hipcamp insurance. We don’t charge for pets, nor do we charge to use our 6 onsite canoes, nor do we charge extra for hot showers or rubbish removal, we haveguest wifi. Our 1km private driveway is rough but if driven to conditions a 2wd has no issues.. Most of the time space is abundant however if choosing to come on a long weekend, Easter or New Years expect it to be a lot busier than your average weekend with larger groups camping together, however still plenty of space between groups. You won’t ever have to trip over your neighbours tent ropes here. Eco friendly lakefront and near to lake front sites. Please don’t arrive expecting lakefront, our sites are all near to and Depending on group size not everyone will have lake frontage. We can never guarantee requests. We assign sites based on numbers and camping equipment. Furtherest camp spot is approximately 500m from amenities block, however porta loos are located in the remote site but it’s a walk or drive back to the showers. Flushing toilets and 2 hot showers available in main area. Please note: toilet cartridges are not to be emptied into our toilets. Take it home or dispose at dump point at Woodford Showgrounds We provide unpowered Bush camping, and we try to keep the camp sites as natural as possible, no flat pads. There is lots of space for the kids to run or take the dog for a walk on the lead. If you are organising a celebration (eg wedding/birthday) please send an enquiry first so we can discuss your needs. Please note if you’re wanting a function the price is $5500 which gives you sole use of the property up to 70 campers for 2 nights. (We live onsite) please also note we abide by noise restrictions and we do not allow amplified music and noise needs to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. We will allow up to 120 people onsite cost $7500. These prices include early entry Friday from 10am and late departure Sunday by 4pm. Extra accommodation available at extra cost. There is plenty of water for swimming and kayaking.All vehicle access. Entry from 12.00pm, Early arrivals incur a fee of $5per person includes Children and providing there is space available. Please let us know if you are entering after 8am and prior to 12.00pm. Early entry from 8am is dependent on availability and not available on a Sunday. Early entry is from 8am and can be paid at reception at a rate of $5 per person inclusive of children between 2 - 16. Children are considered ages 2 - 16years Please disregard Hipcamp's 13 and above policy for adults. If you have a child aged between 2 - 16 years please book the childrens' rate. Please do not follow hipcamp directions as they can take you into state forest. Please use Cove Road or Old Cove road as a pin then work off the address after confirmation from these spots. We have a great supply of locally sourced firewood, $20 per bag 20kg-25kg and we strongly discourage wood brought on from other areas due to biosecurity concerns. We have firepits at all campsites and adhere to any fire restrictions. We do not supply BBQ’s please bring your own. Please come to our reception building on the way in, as we need to check everybody in, visitors to your camp site need to sign in and pay a day fee. We are then able to answer any questions you may have and further cement our rules. Day visitors to your campsite will incur a $10 per person fee and is time restrictive. STRICTLY NO DRONES ALLOWED ALSO WE DO NOT ALLOW DRIVING AROUND CAMPSITES OR PROPERTY (Safety concerns) Once your camp is set up you can park your vehicle at your site. You are welcome to drive out of the campsite to town and back but strictly no joyriding around our property. We are surrounded in heavy bushland, yes we have TICKS, SPIDERS, SNAKES all creatures great and small 😊. Please take appropriate precautions with your fur baby, make sure you are using adequate tick treatments. See you Soon!

Buranga Farm

Buranga Farm is a small organic family-run farm on 60 acres in the Noosa hinterland only ten minutes from Peregian Beach. The property is largely flat with a hill on the Eastern side and a ridgeline at the very back of the property. There are plenty of cleared open areas as well as a mix of lightly treed and native vegetation. Site one and two are located on the hillside looking west to Mount Cooroy and are best suited for couples. Sites three and four share a large open grassed area the flows down to the main dam that offers great swimming. All areas of the property are open to campers to walk through and explore. The farm comprises a series of ponds near the road that are in the process of being renovated for Red Claw Crayfish. There are fruit trees and veggie gardens around the house, as well as a horse and house cow that guests are welcome to interact with. The balance of the land is either grazed by our small herd of Murray Grey Cattle or set aside for regeneration. Dog friendly. Simle composting/drop toilet available.
