Weekend Trip to Two Jays Cara, Camp & Cabins

Was a great spot to set up camp for a few days, quick drive to dundee and back to litchfield np. Amenities were very clean and plenty of them, heaps of room for the kids as we were there late into the dry season. 2 jays were very friendly and we snagged an unexpected Saturday nite camp cookup. Was some friendly animals in the paddocks surrounding the park for the kids to pat.

Enough space for camping, the driveway is a bit narrow but was fine for our caravan.

This camping spot is an absolute gem! Very private and quiet, a lovely place amongst vegetation. The outdoor shower and toilet are simple but totally adequate. Electricity and shade provided. Jeff is a friendly guy with lots of local knowledge. This was our favourite camping during our two week NT travel. Highly recommend!

3 nights at Berry Springs Labush Estate

Peaceful location and was greeted by two adorable Beagles. Nicely out of the way of the main house so we didn’t feel like we were encroaching on the owners property. Brilliant water pressure when we hooked up and power was easily accessible (extension cord available if needed). Best part, it was only 3km from Berry Springs and 1.5km from the shops. Oh, the donkey was cute as hell and loved nose scratches.

Michelle, thank you so much for having us! It was such a wholesome experience for our family to be on your property. The kids absolutely loved the animals, and it was so special that your family puts in the time to come down with carrots to feed the animals. My kids loved it. My daughter absolutely fell in love with your horse and it’s looking like life is going to get expensive for us when we get home as she now wants one 🐴 perfect location, so close to the springs. Couldn’t have asked for more 🙌

This was an incredible Hipcamp! Family host were extremely accommodating and allowed the kids to help feed chooks, donkey Maggie, the herd of cows and horse Stormy. They have the sweetest pups! Brilliant location, so close to Berry Springs, Berry Springs tavern and the Wildlife park. Highly recommend.
