The campsite is a convenient 14km from Narrandera, and 12km from Grong Grong, not far off the Newell Highway. In town you will find all the supply and grocery stores to meet your needs.Located on the banks of Bundidgerry Creek on the Old Wagga Road you will find the old Cobb & Co route, south of the Newell Highway. Camp along the same water’s edge where travellers from past centuries would stop overnight on their journey out west. The campsite is located on the edge of the creek in an open, grassed area with plenty of shady trees. The creek flows well all year round and offers a fantastic spot for the family to enjoy. Swim, fish, kayak, canoe, launch a boat or relax and read a book as the sunlight reflects off the water.At camp you will have access to the undercover camp kitchen with a sink, BBQ and tables. There is a firepit, wood fired pizza oven for cooking. Guests have access to a gas hot water shower and flushing toilet. We ask that you leave no trace and take all your belongings and rubbish with you.Your pet is welcome to camp with you.Enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking or just relax.

Set up camp next to undulating Mirrool Creek frontage and enjoy recreational activities including swimming, fishing and paddling. Don't forget to bring your canoe or kayak. The camp area is scattered with redgums and you have great views of the wonderful scenery. Depending on where you camp as far as access to the toilets goes, you could be anywhere from 20 metres to 500 metres from the facilities. Water is also in close proximity as well depending on where u setup. You are welcome to enjoy a campfire, within local regulations. There is plenty of wildlife around, including kangaroos. and birdlife. Close to Lake Abortree, a 70 acre inland lake. Only 6kms from village of Ariah Park- whichlikes to describe itself as a town of 'bowsers, wowsers and peppercorn trees'. There is something delightfully timeless about the town: the wide main street with the tree-lined median strip; the old shops with their verandas; the quietness and peacefulness. The town is listed by the National Trust as a Conservation Area.

There is a place to load your boat and enjoy some fishing. The township of Darlington Point is located 15 - 20 minutes drive away. There are two options for you to enjoy this beautiful property. The River Cabin: We have a modern, fresh cabin that can accommodate up to 2 guests, with the option of a further 6 guests to camp near it where they'll be able to use the cabin as a base, and will have access to power and water. Self-contained camping: Hyde Park: We have a beautiful open area to camp along the Murrumbidgee River, which is fantastic for a group of self-contained campers. Plenty of room, open country and riverside fun. One booking at a time, so you have this entire area to yourselves. All campers here must be self-contained with their own camp toilet, power and drinking water. Mossy's Beach : A more secluded spot featuring a beautiful sandbar which is fantastic for a group of self-contained campers. One booking at a time, so you have this entire area to yourselves. All campers here must be self-contained with their own camp toilet, power and drinking water. All options are very private from one another, so you are assured your own space. This is a working mixed-farming operation and so, there will be usual farming activity around the property which may include, vehicles mustering, motorbikes, irrigation pumps in use etc. Pets are welcome but MUST be supervised at all times and must be contained at night.

Welcome to our riverside farm used to rehabilitate injured and orphaned wildlife. River red gums are frequented by free-ranging koalas.We have two beaches for river swimming and high banks for fishing. More suited for tent campers and camper trailers to access campsite near the river beach. Large caravans and motorhomes will not be suitable for access to the river but paddock space away from the river would be suitable. There are no amenities so you'll need to have your own. If there is an emergency please see me for access to granny flat for use of amenities. Campfires permitted when restrictions aren't in place. Please see the host before lighting a fire. Plenty of firewood lying around for you to gather your own.Guests are welcome to see me on arrival and view orphaned wildlife (joey roos, possums and birds) which we have in care. Please, no pets - we have orphaned wildlife.

Bectric Hall Recreation Reserve

 The Bectric Hall was built in 1904 and has since been lovingly restored. We are now offering camping on the reserve surrounding this historic hall.  The reserve is located in a true bush setting. A large open field can be used for camping or there is a gravelled area if you wish to be closer to the Hall. Please note guests will not have access to inside the hall.There is a community undercover BBQ area that can be utilised by campers,  together with Tennis Courts (bring your own balls & racquet). There are no toilet or shower facilities here, campers will need to be self sufficient and leave no trace. Nearby is the townships of Ariah Park and Temora where there are many cafe's and restaurants, Lake Centenary and also the wonderful Temora Aviation Museum.Located 3 hours from Canberra, 1 hours from Wagga Wagga and 2.5 hours from Albury.
