Situated in the Caldera under the shadow of Mount Warning is a small secluded acreage within the bend of a large creek. It is comprised of an open creek flat with views of the mountain and horses grazing that is surrounded by some remnant and some regenerated subtropical rainforest along the creek frontage. There are a couple of small private swimming holes and walking tracks along the creek where you can stop and sit for some quiet contemplation, watch the native birdlife, do some forest bathing, or maybe even spot some local platypus or other native wildlife. We offer 4 separate powered sites, that you are welcome to choose from on arrival based on availability. NOTE: two private power sites are available upon request on arrival , if conditions are favourable . You will need to have two power leads to hook to power though. We have room for large caravans, motorhomes and buses. Please note, one vehicle/caravan per site. If you have multiple vehicles/caravans, you will need to book multiple sites. Weather permitting (no rain) we also have two unpowered sites available in another paddock, closer to the creek. There is no power or water at these sites, and you will need to be self-contained. We also have a gazebo/camp kitchen available to all guests where you can relax and take in the tranquil atmosphere of the property. Running water, power, and BBQ are supplied here. All campers must be self-contained at this time, with their own camp toilet. We have Telstra mobile reception here only.

The Showground is nestled under the gaze of the majestic Mount Chincogan and is 1.3 km west of Mullumbimby's vibrant town centre. The grounds are open to the public for recreation and enjoyment. Enjoy the beautiful facilities and welcoming vibes at the Mullum Showgrounds. The campground offers spacious powered and unpowered campsites. With our refurbished amenities building, you can be assured of a comfortable stay. The Showgrounds hosts the weekly North Byron Farmers Market on Friday mornings where you can easily stroll over to buy farm fresh produce, breakfast and coffee. We are a 1.3km walk away from Mullumbimby town centre with a range of cafes and eatery's, two supermarkets, banks and other services and retail shops. It is about a 15 minute drive to Brunswick Heads with its beautiful river, estuary and beaches, and about 30 minutes to Byron Bay. The Showground hosts a number of events throughout the year. Some of these are events are ticketed and therefore the Showgrounds is closed to all but ticketholders. See our 'What's On' page on our website for more information. The Food Hall and stunning grounds can be hired for events, weddings, exhibitions and festivals.

Surrounded by ancient rainforests, waterfalls, and swim holes there are not many better ways to recharge the batteries and escape the hustle of life. You are welcome to choose your own spot on our 90 acres, and we can help advise of some good locations. All sites are for self-contained travelers, those that have their own camp toilet and can take all waste with them when they leave. The property is most suited to 4WD, high clearance vehicles, and off-road campers. Caravans and motorhomes will find it difficult to reach most areas to camp. Children under 12 stay free! Please still add children to the booking (you will not be charged) so we can keep on top of guest numbers. You're welcome to bring your furry four-legged friends along to camp too, but please ensure they do not hassle the livestock or travel across the creek, we have neighbouring properties all around us. Please feel free to swim in the creek wherever you please and you are most welcome to walk up the creek to adventure. There are some beautiful secluded spots and swimming holes, but please do not cross the creek, our neighbours like their privacy. If you arrive to extreme weather conditions please contact us before entering the property as we may have to recommend some safe spots for camping or arrange you to stay on The Vale camping site.

The park features grassy powered sites, unpowered sites and comfortable units. On-site amenities include hot showers, flush toilets, laundry and camp kitchen. We are a dog-friendly park so the whole family is welcome. Dogs need to be restrained at all times. NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS. Relax and unwind by the creek, go for a paddle, or sit back enjoy a drink around the campfire at night with our family atmosphere. With great views, tranquil bushland, abundant wildlife and the Border Ranges National Park close by, there is always something to do. Firewood and ice available for purchase. We have Telstra coverage, plus Wi-Fi is available at the camp kitchen.

Tyalgum Showgrounds offers both powered and unpowered sites, toilets, showers, drinking water, free dump point for campers and a camp kitchen. This is a recreation reserve camp ground run by volunteers - all money collected goes back to improvement of the facilities. Dogs are permitted but must be on a leash. The Showgrounds can only offer a maximum of 7 nights.

Tucked away in a tranquil, secluded valley, this hidden gem is surrounded by Long Creek to the south and Findon Creek to the west, while the northern edge extends to the breathtaking Border Ranges National Park. On Gullibal land, Figtree Farm provides captivating vistas of Jalgumbin (Mt Lindesay) to the west and Lever's Plateau, a designated wilderness area of unlogged subtropical rainforest, to the north. This much-loved family-owned farm has a rich history, transitioning from a dairy farm to a beef property. Today, it flourishes with a bio-diverse planting of native trees and a bespoke joinery workshop crafting designer furniture. While Figtree Farm has been a camping destination for family and friends for many years and now we're happy to extend this welcome to Hipcampers too. As a starting point for this new venture at Findon Creek we offer 3 sites which are all suitable for larger groups; all situated on grassy open spaces beside the creek. In wet conditions you will need a 4WD to access these sites, though the flats themselves are not boggy. Explore the great outdoors by wandering along our extensive bush tracks and trying your hand at fishing in our farm dam stocked with silver perch. Figtree Farm has an abundance of bird and animal life. Here, tranquillity reigns, save for the occasional serenade of our friendly neighbourhood donkeys and the odd rooster. If you wish to wander further afield, Kyogle is a 30 minute drive away. And there is an all weather tennis court (with lights) nearby at Bundgeam Hall. Figtree Farm at Findon Creek promises opportunities for contemplation, relaxation and fun and it is our wish that you will have many happy memories of your visit here.
