SLEEPING A four-post queen bed and an additional built in nook with a queen bed, allowing for an extra two guests. Sleep in comfort to the sounds of nature cocooned in luxurious 1000-thread-count Egyptian cotton Sheraton sheets and fluffy down duvets. You’ll find woollen blankets to keep your warm if the wind picks up. EATING The Tent comes equipped with a small kitchen. Prepare, cook or heat meals with all the utensils you need at hand. There is a BBQ on the deck to cook local meats and veggies. LIVING In the Tent you will find a Lounge, lamps, books, boardgames and a dining table. Take a seat or lay in the bath on the deck enjoying the expansive views over a glass of champagne, watch the sun set or rise. Enjoy a moment, unhurried. So that you can take in your natural surrounds we haven’t included TV or Wifi, minimising screen time as much as possible during your stay. However, there is phone reception so you are not completely isolated. TOILETRIES We have provided organic shampoo, conditioner and soaps for your use and sheraton towelling for complete softness. La Pinata Farm Stay Barn

Location from Sydney We are approximately 228.9km via Great Western Highway/A32 from Sydney CBD. It is part of the village known as Newbridge which is 3km from the property. It is an easy 30km drive to Bathurst and 50km to Orange with only 15km away from Blayney. La Pinata is also a short drive to Milthorpe and Carcoar - all lovely award winning quaint towns worth visiting where you can take in the history and enjoy great food and wine. A great country escape destination! Even the Newbridge Train Station remains treasured by residents and fondly remembered as the stopover for Queen Elizabeth II during her 1954 royal visit! Newbridge is fortunate to have a local pub, known as the Gladestone Hotel. A a restaurant serving modern cuisine and live music most Sunday afternoons (need to check with Pub for confirmation of entertainment 02 6368 1004). This is approximately 2.7kms from La Pinata! The Property La Pinata is circa 161 Ha (400 acres) in size. Altitude of approx 900m. Over half of the land is clear, the land is mostly undulating with some steeper areas. There are 7 paddocks. Stock water is supplied by dams in all paddocks with a permanent Evans Plains Creek that flows through the property which is a wonderful spot for bushwalking. There is also a bore that provides water to our water tanks. The Property also offers a pine forest, which is cooling on hot summer days, and in the colder months, it is a winter wonderland adventure. A perfect part of the property to do many things: picnicking in the wild whilst collecting pinecones, wildflowers or simply admiring the majestic views of the Fitzgerald Valley and the Blue Mountains over a glass of local wine and cheese. The Barn Style Cabin La Pinata, for a unique glamping experience, offers a barn style cabin dwelling with all the comforts of a home but with a rustic cabin experience. A majority of the barn style cabin and its amenities have been built from recycled material, this includes the furniture which is mostly recycled or pre-loved. We are also using off the grid electricity and water supply. It has 7 sleeping rooms with 1 ensuite and 2 Bathrooms. One of the 7 sleeping rooms has a cot. It has a well-equipped open Kitchen with 5 pit stove, oven, blender, and toaster. The open living area has 3 spaces to enjoy: • 8–10-seater dining area • 3-piece lounge area (TV, with Netflix and Foxtel) • A study/reading Nook area • Another area just off the kitchen is a lovely space where you can read or relax. We have also provided a dart board and other board games for those competitive nights of fun! The barn has laundry facilities and wifi. Other Services that can be provided-coordinated Picasso Paint and Wine Experience Ask the host regarding our Picasso Paint and Wine Experience at La Pinata for groups of 8 to 12 guests. It is a lovely way to enjoy the afternoon sunset with your group, enjoying your wine and painting! 4 weeks' notice required to coordinate. Vale Creek Wines At La Pinata we can organise a wine tasting experience. The winery is called Vale Creek, located approximately 23.5kms from Newbridge (Gladestone Hotel). Vale Creek’s Cellar Door provides tastings in a relaxed setting overlooking the winery. Their wines are from clones sourced from superior vineyards in Italy – www.valecreek.com.au. The owners are delightful and welcoming. They are opened most weekends. The winery has many events occurring through the month and if it coincides with your trip, we will be more than happen to share the event with you and if you wish we can organise the wine tasting booking for you as well. Ask the Host about this item so it can be organised. Driving inside our property. Our internal roads are constantly maintained whilst 2WD drive vehicles have come and gone from our place without an issue, it is recommended to use a 4WD vehicle. STRA: Exempt

Our quiet rural retreat is just under 30 acres and has kangaroos, wombats ,possums and echidnas , wallabies and a range of bird life. Our property is a hobby farm with chickens, vegetable garden and we make condiments and fresh farm eggs to sell , we bake fresh bread on demand. We are pet friendly but pets must be controlled at all times and not chase the wildlife. We have a off leash area that is fenced where your fury friends can have play dates and run around. There are 4 large camping sites that must be you must self contained and leave nothing but footprints and great memories. Plenty of room for vans , boats , cars to park at your site . Camp site is a short distance from gate and 2wd can access. There is a communal fire place and wood is supplied but no collection of firewood. Fire only permitted in fire seasons.
