Or property is located in west Arlington with beautiful Mountain View on the battenkill river we are battenkillfarm have rustic and popup sites. There is a private beach front with fire pit and benches. Trash can at main home and water access. A nott weed maze 2 minutes from wayside county store. 23 minutes from Manchester and 28 to Bennington. The red covered bridge is a short walk as well. We have a solar E Bike charging station. During garden harvest we will have a variety of fresh organic produce for sell as well. This is truly for nature lovers wanting to enjoy Vermont.10 acres of field trail to the battenkill river on property that leads to privet small beach front when water is not high. There is cleared grass area from picnic or to even set up camp right by the river. We have deer and turkey as well other local wildlife you can swim fly fish or start at the rec park and kayak or tube back down to the property takes around 30 mins. Bring you own tents or RV. Small pets are welcome please clean up after. If you need anything my home is on property as well. We are 2 minutes from wayside county store they have all your needs and the people are amazing there. We are 3 minutes from the red covered bridge as well.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved camping on Sadie’s land. Sadie was so friendly and very good at communicating with us. The land is gorgeous. Being able to fall asleep under the stars and listen to the noises from the river was absolutely perfect.

Super Relaxing

Such a great time right by the river! Very relaxing being able to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the water. Sadie was great and responsive when I needed help finding the camp. I was only staying one night, but Sadie had suggestions ready on food and things in the area. There were many spots you could choose to set up camp on the land. Easy access to the water and so much more. My two dogs and I loved our stay!
