We have a fishing, music, art paradise in the North Georgia mountains! Learn more about this land: 6 private campsites along Warwoman Creek under huge hardwoods with short drives to rivers, hikes and mountains. Fall 2017 we will offer guided private fly fishing trips on our water or off site and a small fly shop!

Awesome place!!! Definitely recommend site 1. If you’re scared of dogs be careful, because there are two free range (super sweet) dogs on the property. They have everything you could possible need here, and downtown Clayton is a short drive away.

Hatch Camp 1
My son and I had a great experience while staying at Hatch Camp 1. We slept close to the creek in our tent and it was a beautiful backdrop which offered a cool place to sleep with a natural version of white noise in the babbling brook. We also appreciated the conveniently located spigots that offered clean and great tasting water along with access to electricity originating from the cool pavilion where concerts & events are centered. Some other awesome conveniences include: easy access (no 4WD needed). WIFI!!! Trout fishing and Scott’s guide service is right there, within 60 seconds of the parking area. Lastly, Nicole and Scott were awesome hosts. They were very kind , welcoming and a delight to get to know. -Shawn, Athens GA

Great Time!
We had a great time. Very low stress and easy going. Site was quiet and calm. The live music on Saturday night was great and a perfect backdrop to just by the fire and enjoy. Incredibly friendly people and an awesome trip!

Very cute and quaint spot! we absolutely loved it! The campsite was perfectly secluded STRONGLY suggest getting campsite #6! Restrooms were super clean for porters and we even woke up with some turkeys in the morning that were sweet as ever ! The host Scott and his wife are extremely kind and welcoming.

Beautiful property right by creek. Camp host was extremely thoughtful and let me stay under their covered stage area due to the rain. Definitely stay here again.
