Paw Paw doesn’t have campgrounds in town, but there are plenty of waterfront campsites on the shores of nearby Paw Paw Lake to choose from. Tent and RV campers can drive a short 20 minutes out of town to enjoy amenities like water and electrical hookups, a propane fill station, and restrooms with showers. Head 35 minutes west to reach Van Buren State Park, where campers can jump into Lake Michigan for a swim, walk the mile-long beach, and summit the iconic sand dune. Settle into the on-site campground with electrical hookups, fire rings, modern restrooms, a dump station, and a sheltered picnic area with grills. Fort Custer Recreation Area has plenty of tent, motorhome, and equestrian campsites to choose from. Fnd electrical hookups, flush toilets, hot showers, picket poles, and water taps too. There are also private cabin rentals here near the Kalamazoo River equipped with heat, bunk beds, and a nearby vault toilet.
