Description
Emulate a John Wayne movie at Horse Camp Campground--the prime place to saddle up and adventure through the Sequoia National Forest. All five units have corrals for the horses and simple campsites with vault toilets for the humans. Be aware of the elevation, as it ascends to a hefty 7,600 in this area. The Big Meadow Trailhead is located nearby, providing plenty of exploring of the wild, wild west.
