Redwood Cabin nestled in the oaks
This was our second time staying here!! It’s so cozy and quiet/private. There’s supplies to cook- just bring ice for the ice box if you want a fridge situation. There’s a small heater that heats the space up well. There’s lighting (tap the lights to turn them on/off). Just bring a power bank if you want to charge your devices (no outlets). The bathroom is a cute lil outhouse with a shower. Would 100% stay again and again :)

Redwood Tent Top Cabin in the Oaks
Great Cabin for a Short Trip.
Great cabin on a nice property and perfect for a small family (can accommodate 3 people with the addition of a got) or couple.
It's a bit out of the way so expect to drive about 30 to 40 minutes to get to anything like a store but if you need to be super close to things then you probably shouldn't be camping anyway.
Owners were friendly and nice and property was well maintained with working sink, kitchen equipment, and working shower and toilet.

My husband and I definitely enjoyed stay at Joseph’s cabin!
The cabin was cozy and lovely! It was warm inside and very quiet at night. There’s no outlet inside of the cabin, so it would be a good idea to bring a portable battery for charging your electric devices.

5 star
Joeseph and his family are very accommodating. The cabin (site #1) that we stayed at was very clean, organized and private. We are used to rough camping with a tent and this is the first time for us in glamping and definitely will do it again. Thank you Joseph and fam for introducing us to glamping. Frankie our dog will miss lilly for sure. See you guys next time.

Great little cabin!
I stayed in Cabin 1 and had a great stay. Joe and his daughter were super nice and responsive when I had a question. You are far enough away from the other cabin and main house to feel like you have your own space. Both the cabin and bath house you could tell had a lot of love and thought put in with their construction, which just added to the comfort the cabin provided. I enjoyed the front porch which is awesome to relax on and soak in the trees and birds and read, and the picnic table that is just off the porch to enjoy a meal. I planned some easy one pot meals and had everything I needed in the kitchenette. The cooler on the porch held well for any cold goods. The cabin has some inside lighting for nighttime hours which was great but there are no outlets as it runs off propane so plan accordingly for anything you might need to charge (I did). There is a great heater in the cabin if needed to take the chill off. Joe has some great recommendations for seeing some of the surrounding area and all that Big Sur has to offer even if you are on a limited time frame. Plan to drive about an hour or so to get to the Big Sur area on HWY 1, but very much worth it. The few days I had in the area were amazing and I would happily stay here again.
