The property is in a prime location for the Grand Canyon, Kaibab National Forest, The town of Williams, and not far from the city of Flagstaff! Some say this was an old travelers road for horses and carriages and it has had many a cowboy camping and sitting around fires. This property was cleared, cleaned, and built to suit the needs of modern Campers, and all they require like Multiple USB ports to charge cellphones and fun-filled outdoor games like cornhole and Laser tag!! The land holds some of the biggest trees in the area and it is home to some of the most incredible wildlife! Only 30 minutes from the Grand Canyon!! Offering off-the-grid living with the qualities of on the grid wants like phone charging ports, hot water for both indoor and outdoor showers! A large recreational area with Hammock, Weber grill, picnic table, outdoor games, and endless skies!

Tent/RV Camping w/ Firepit - Pets Welcome!
We didn’t feel safe
He is offer Wi-Fi on the camp site but on the site where we’ve been doesn’t worked at all. There is barely normal service,so be prepared. I pick this camp because of the Wi-Fi, so I can work little bit on our 6 weeks road trip . Well,I can’t so we leave one day earlier. I love dogs and I am a Border Collie breeder,but even this site is dog friendly I don’t like there was dog barking nonstop. And so many cars going around the camp site. Not on the main road but right next to our site on the dirt road. Even in the middle of the night. I didn’t feel safe there.

Quiet and private and simple. A little difficult getting there based on directions provided, but James was quick to communicate to help guide us in. Thank you!

If I could give this 10 stars, I would!!! James was super helpful, the property was impeccably maintained, the stars were beautiful and it was super quiet and peaceful!

Would highly recommend
Absolutely perfect site, we cooked some steaks over the fire and under the stars. Wonderful spot, our host James was very attentive as well.

Unfortunately our campervan broke down so we were not able to stay at the site and thus we have no review for it. I updated James twice of our circumstances but I did not hear back.
