Mendenhall Campground
Description
Want some lake and glacier action? Camp at the well developed Mendenhall Lake Campground to get views of Mendenhall Glacier and the pristine lake below it while camping in style. This campground has all the bases covered (including hot showers!), with some full hookup RV sites, partial hookup sites, many basic sites, and even a separate backpacking area for those that like the no-vehicle approach. Hike up to the glacier and marvel at how it carved the land, float on the icy water in your canoe, and get jiggy with this rugged Alaskan landscape.
