If your group size is 21 people or more and you guys want the whole campground., Please spread the 21 people out into 3 sites, ( 7 people per site), this will ensure that the campground will be exclusive to your group only during your camping trip. (( Please Message Marty for more information)) Please do not mislead about the number of guests you will have, its very easy for us to check. Please be honest! Any attempt to mislead will result in booking termination and or permanent ban from campground. Please message US if you are interested in hosting AirSoft/paintball group. If you are looking for peace and complete seclusion, this is the place for you to camp, you will not hear or see any cars once you enter the campsite. Property is located one hour outside of Philly and 2hours away from NYC. 30 beautiful acres with woods and open fields, lots of wildlife, On site parking... after it rains mushrooms like (chicken of the woods) pop out everywhere all you have to do is look. In the summer it smells like flowers all day long, its truly beautiful. This property offers about 6-7acres of fields and 23 acres of woods, the landscape is flat and hills. Places to visit near by! 1. Exeter scenic river trail -park closes at 6pm 2.Berks natural ephraim -hiking 3. Birdsboro waters -park closes 8pm 4. Horseshoe trail -hiking 24/7 5.Birdsboro preserve -park 24/7 6.French creek - state park closes 9pm 7.schulkill river trail -hiking 24/7 8.Rustic Park - closes 9pm 9.Trailhead - Cocalico double trail - hiking Most of these are 4-10mile range from campground ⛺️ Animals you can spot: on campground property. Deer Fox Coyote Turkey Rabbit Turtles Beavers Squirrels Chipmunk Learn more about this land: pitch your tent or park your rv and enjoy the seclusion and silence, 3-4 miles away from major grocery stores and shopping plazas this property is unique and one of a kind, its located in a valley with woods around it and 3 big fields, lots of wildlife including deer turkeys and fox are seen on a daily basis.

Site 2 - GreenHills Campground

Wonderful!

Wonderful campground! Private, with two picnic tables, a toilet and some hammocks/trampolines that were great for the kids! Hot shower a short walk. Marty was responsive and helpful! Hope to be back!

site 3 - GreenHills Campground

Best experience with kids and dogs

We had a splendid experience camping at Marty's land for spring break with a family of 5 and 2 dogs. Campsite felt very private and lots of space for kids and dogs to explore around safely. There is at least one outhouse in each campsite and a short walk to the shower room with hot water. We ordered a few batches of firewoods and the free-ranged eggs are awesome in a cheap price! I would love to thank Marty for being very supportive throughout our camping trip. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for good camping trip at Marty's land.

This space was awesome! The owner was incredibly easy to communicate with and the site was really easy to find. I highly recommend this space!

Site 2 - GreenHills Campground

Great family camping site

We are two families who stayed in site 2. We had a wonderful time at Marty’s campground. We arrived at our campsite and loved our site which was surrounded by trees and shade. We easily found level ground to pitch our 3 tents. Our kids enjoyed playing in the 3 hammocks already there. There are 2 large tables for meals and playing games. We brought our camp stove. The outhouse is nearby and was clean and well built. The water source was closer to site 1 but less than a 2 min walk — very easy to access. The shower is also near site 1 but very private and worked really well - had decent pressure and hot water! We were grateful to have it. Marty was very responsive and a pleasure to meet while we were there. We can’t wait to return!

Deck/kitchen

The Kitchen/Deck site was great for our mix of camper vans, travel trailers, a motorhome and a bunch of tent campers. Marty had great communication before the date. He checked in a couple of times and unexpectedly, graciously brought our group resupplies of firewood.

Beautiful site. Spacious and great views of the surrounding nature. Marty was very helpful and patient with all of my newbie questions.
