A Gem ! 💎
The tiny house is a perfect place to get away and relax with a scenic view of the river. It’s quiet and comfortable and the owners are very sweet and accommodating.

Slippery Rock Tiny Cabin
We had a great weekend. The cabin was very clean. the view was great. I was a little afraid of the dark. It made me feel good to have a house nearby. But the house does not prevent your privacy. John's wife and daughter welcomed us very nicely. There are wonderful hiking trails. There are kitchen utensils in the cabin. Heating is fine. The huge windows are magnificent. I can't wait to come with my 4 year old son. I've used a lot of portable toilets so far. None of them smelled as good as the one at the bottom of the house. It was very nice to collect brushwood from the surroundings and make a fire. I forgot something on the 2-burner stove. and smoke came out. Smoke detectors started working immediately. This sensitivity is very good. Great place to watch the stars🩷

Breathtaking Vistas, Blissful Peace
John and his family have created something truly wonderful, a sensitively managed private nature preserve that, while it could easily hold a dozen or more sites with scenic river vistas, is instead intentionally limited to just three so as to preserve the natural beauty of the area. I've been twice now and can't wait to return again in the future.
