Welcome to Molalla Ripple! Enjoy the sound of the Molalla River rolling over the rocks. Wake up to birds chirping and tall trees swaying in the breeze. The campsites are sixty feet apart for privacy and one path leads to the river with two private beach areas to relax. NOTE, Please use the clean bathrooms provided. DO NOT USE THE WOODS or camp site as your bathroom room. Thank you, let's keep things clean and safe for others to enjoy! Jsm Ranch started in 2004 when we moved from Oregon City. This once was a working farm with two chicken barns and a meat locker barn. All had been fallen into disrepair before taking owner ship. In 2007 we planted 200 tree's and 100 shrubs to build a new fish and wildlife habitat along Woodcock Creek. We then focused on building fence along the Molalla River to protect water quality. From there, we started raising Black Angus in 2008 after spending four years cleaning up the fields to make it safe for animals. We strive to be good stewards with our land as we continue to work with Clackamas Soil and Water to make better working lands. You're only minutes away from the town of Molalla to grab a bite, groceries or other camp items. Also have Molalla Rodeo just 3 minutes away on July 1-4th. You won't be disappointed for a great breakfast at Tammy D's (Mulino, OR), sandwiches at Humble Pig or pizza at Bear Creek Pizza & Pub.

My favorite Hipcamp to date! 2nd time at Molalla Ripple. (Site 5) James is the perfect host. He's done a great job at making his property a peaceful retreat. River front camping.. priceless. Till next time.

Very cute spot near a little river! We were able to feed the pigs our leftovers which was a fun experience; secluded with decent showers

Beautiful sites right on the water- I was a little concerned about privacy since the sites are on the road, but they were super great and it still felt contained and private! 10/10 recommend. We also hot tubbed and it was hot and perfect! I’ll definitely come back here.

Definitely recommend!!
Such an amazing spot to camp! Not super private BUT everyone there is so kind and attentive. We had a hell of a time getting our campfire started and James came by and helped us! He also has firewood bundles guests can buy which was super handy! They have the cleanest porta potties I’ve ever seen and a handwashing station. There’s even a shower! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Beautiful and peaceful spot. Hosts were very accommodating and nice, especially when we decided to add the hot tub to our stay at the last minute. They responded quickly to a couple issues with the tub, even at 6am. I messaged the host about a separate issue after our stay, and he was kind and accommodating with that as well. The river was beautiful. Some sites are close, so you'll definitely hear and see each other. The toilets hadn't been emptied in about a week, so the smell was rough but they were clean. The hosts had great signage to navigate the farm. Can hear highway noise, loud planes, farm noises, etc but it's not too bad. Overall, I'd stay again and definitely pick site 8! (No neighbors on one side and quieter)
