Ideal home base for visits to Mesa Verde National Park, Phil's World and Boggy Draw (mountain biking), Hovenweep National Monument, Canyon of the Ancients and so much more! We are 40 mins to Durango, 90 mins to Telluride (take the FREE gondola for a super fun beautiful ride), 20 mins to Cortez. Delicious food can be found in our local restaurants in Mancos and Dolores. In the winter, Hesperus Ski Hill is 20 mins away and Purgatory just over an hour. Come play in the Rocky Mountains!

We bought it in January 2017 and started renovations. We hosted our first Mountain View Lodge guests in July of 2018. My wife JanElle and I really enjoy hosting guests and helping them make good memories while here in SW Colorado. We are a family of 7 and live in a separate home on this 15 acre property.
