This is Packwood at its finest! These exclusive RV parking spots are situated on a half- acre property! This property has plenty of room to relax and enjoy Butter Creek, just steps away! This property consists of three (3) individual RV spots, all with full-hookup! IMPORTANT: Please let us know if you are bringing pets! These RV spots are equipped with a 20, 30 and 50 amp receptacle, with full access to water and septic. You will also have access to free wi-fi. As there are NO bathroom facilities on the property, NO TENT camping is allowed. These RV spaces are located just minutes from town, where you can enjoy unique restaurants, breweries, and shopping. There are numerous year-round recreational activities including hiking, boating, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, hunting, and fishing. This location is just 30 minutes from White Pass Ski Area and 25 minutes from the Stevens Canyon Entrance to Mount Rainier National Park. Note: Be sure to check which entrances are open prior to your visit to Mount Rainier! ★ ON-SITE LAUNDRY ★ The laundry area, which is located below the loft, is available upon request. ★ CHECK IN/CHECK OUT ★ Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is 12pm. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply. ** OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ** Please refer to hand-sketch of RV locations on property prior to arriving. Please park your camper facing "up river." Gravel stairway/ramp to Butter Creek, located closest to the RV slips, is exclusively for RV guests; additional ramp and landing located closest to owners’ home is for loft guests and owners’ use only. Pathway along Butter Creek is open to all guests, but we ask you be considerate of others. ** PROPERTY RULES ** Violators are subject to a $250 fine and immediate removal: - No events or parties - No illegal substances of any kind - No fireworks or discharge of firearms - Pets must be kept secured with owner(s) at all times (property owners have two large dogs) - Quiet time: 10pm – 8am - Do not tamper with outdoor security cameras - Do not leave any food or trash outside

Butter Creek Retreat RV Site 2

I would highly recommend these owners and the RV spots. There are only three RV spots so you're not crowded in like most parks. The owners are very friendly and are quick to respond to any messages. They even offered us muffins that they had baked. The spots are on Butter Creek and it is a very park-like setting. They are very dog friendly and ours had a great time. We will definitely go back.
