Discover an easily accessible glamping spot nestled just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, north of Asheville. Situated in the picturesque Reems Creek Valley, this spot rests on the edge of a 1-acre working homestead boasting gardens, fruit trees, goats, chickens, ducks, and dogs. The flat parking area offers a gray water hook-up (no black water), along with amenities such as a fire pit, twinkling lights, picnic table, grill, and a shared fence with two curious goats. Ideal for a small camper/RV or van (less than 25'), this spot also accommodates camping in a tent, although it's not secluded. Whether you're seeking a unique experience or convenience, this spot offers a fun and novel way to be close to everything the area has to offer.20 minutes to Asheville, 10 minutes to downtown Weaverville, 7 minutes to the Blue Rdige Parkway and a entry to the mountain to sea trail. The site is situation at the corner of our homestead, close to the paved road for easy in-and-out access. You have your own private area with full view of the mountains, the goats, chickens and fruit trees. There's a 30 amp power hook up, water and a gray water hook up. Guests will also have access to a black water dump, available near the house on the other side of the property. The site is large enough to accommodate one RV, van or camper + tow vehicle, one large or two small tents, and another vehicle can be parked in the private driveway outside the gate. Please note, the airstream is NOT part of the property listing, just an example of how it has been enjoyed before. Long term rental is possible, too.

Little Valley RV Camping

Very nice stay in nice wild garden

We were amazed by the area, the nice wild garden, the animals. There was a small creek on the other side of the road. We like it to have sound of water while sleeping in. The area was very calm and the host very helpful. We had problems to get the water running for our RV. The given directions where very clear, you can’t miss it. Parking in was a challenge because the entrance for the car is very narrow, you need to know how to handle the RV backwards. The street alongside the road for maneuvers is small as well. Maybe not for beginners. What I would change if I were the host is the underground. It’s made with big gravels, not fine ones and not compact Not sure if I describe it the right way because I’m don’t know exactly the translation from the German words. But anyway we would recommend the place. We spent there two nights. Asheville is not too far and Weaverville is very close and a must-do if you are around there.

Great stay at this property!

We had a great night stay at this property! We enjoyed the views, the amenities, and the ducks that greeted us. It’s a close to drive to the blue ridge parkway and close to Asheville. We would stay here again!
