Established 1996, The farm is situated just minutes from Magnolia-Silos, the Dr. Pepper museum, Baylor University, the Texas Ranger museum, BSR Waterpark, the Waco Mammoth National Monument (US National Park Service), and plenty of magnificent restaurants. There are no power lines over the property so I invite you to bring a kite to fly! You may even see one or two of mine in the sky. The theme of Coyote Creek Farm is tranquility. It is camping without someone crowding into your space. It is freedom from the hectic pace of the city. There is a well maintained Compost Toilet on the property as well! Each individual campsite has a portable potty bucket provided. Nearly any spot you are on has an amazingly delightful view. You can see the sun rise over the trees or the sun set behind a gently sloping hill. You will have access to all of the 30 acres. There are paths to walk, a stocked tank to fish in, (bass, catfish and blue gill), and oak and pecan trees to sit under and view the clouds as they drift overhead. The noises you hear will be cattle calling to their little ones, birds singing, and in the evenings, coyotes howling.

50 amp RV Mockingbird site

Regena is a thoughtful, responsive host, and her land is beautiful! The weather did not cooperate during our stay (heavy rain). I look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

Couldn’t use site due to heavy rain

Unfortunately not suitable for a large motorhomes due to parking not paved or solid and rain prevented our use of the site. Wasn't worth the risk of getting stick.

Regena was welcoming and responsive. Fast to resolve our request. The site was clean and have a good mix of shade and clearing for the kids to play. There were a couple ants hill dotting around the site but not a huge deal. The deck was great hanging spot especially when the rain comes hard.

Coyote Creek Farm -Tent Camping

Perfect camping spot

We stayed at campsite 2 it was exactly what we were looking for. A peaceful secluded camping spot. It had a metal fire ring, picnic table, large trash can and a private area with a waist toilet bucket. Regena was very nice. She meet us and showed us to our camping spot. We were about 15 minutes away from magnolia market. When we travel to another area our next camping spot will be judged against this one. We will definitely pick this spot when we return to this area. The town of Waco offers a lot to enjoy also.

Had a great time spending the day at the camp! The camp 1 is big enough for the kids to run around all day. They also had a great experience walking to the lake and spending time with the chickens.

Wild flower

What an absolute gem! The property is beautiful. The sites were surrounded by a wildflower field bursting with color. It was quiet, perfect for a good night’s rest. Regena was an excellent host. Highly recommend.
