Our beautiful family farm is a 52 acre paradise. Rolling hills in the pasture and fields around a large and medium pond fading into 22 acres of hardwoods with a small seasonal stream cutting through the forest from an elevated point creating multiple small drops that is a soothing sound of falls. Our wooded land wraps around an amazing beaver swamp that has some beautiful views from the ridge around it. The ponds are filled with smaller fish to have fun with. There are 2 lakes within 5 miles to put a boat in and go fishing as well. One of the lakes has a nice clean beach to go swimming that has kayak and paddle board rentals. We have a canoe for rent to get on our ponds. Biking and hiking trail entrances are less then a mile from the property. A county park is 15 minutes away that offers more fishing and boat rentals as well as A full disc golf course. There is a nice quiet 18 hole golf course a half mile from the property. We have multiple municipal nature trails in the area and are 5 miles from downtown Oxford with many attractions and restaurants. Here you will most likely see our chickens, ducks, goats and horses. Per appointment you can even hang out with us and our Clydesdales Bonnie, Patriot and thoroughbred Cooper. There is also an abundance of wildlife that can be seen and is not limited to deer, coyotes, turkeys and all types of water fowl. You should know that you will most likely hear gunfire while staying here as it is a part of daily life in our area. We hope you come and enjoy our land as much as we do.

North Pond

We recently visited Kim and Jeremy's farm, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. They were incredibly hospitable, making us feel right at home. The two ponds on the property are great for fishing. My boys had an amazing time catching fish. It's a perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoying a family outing. One highlight was the outhouse easily the nicest one we've ever seen. It's clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, adding to the overall comfort of our visit. Kim and Jeremy also gave us a wonderful tour of their farm. It was both educational and fun, allowing us to appreciate the hard work and dedication they put into their land. It truly inspired our drive to homestead. Giving us a lot of tips and tricks to getting started. Overall, we highly recommend a visit to their farm. It's a great place for families, and we can't wait to return. Thank you, Kim and Jeremy, for your hospitality and the memorable experience!

Jeremy and Kim were fantastic hosts! From quick responses, filling up our water jug, and firewood delivery. Just fantastic!! We even got to tour the farm and meet the animals ❤️ The location is beautiful, peaceful, and clean. We can not recommend this gem enough👍👍

South Pond

2 Ponds on a Farm was exactly what we needed this weekend! Jeremy and Kim were so helpful and kind, and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met and our family had a great time! The property is beautiful. We stayed at the South Pond site, and another family was in the close campsite but it was very spacious for both our groups. Outhouse is well tended and a short walk, as well as plenty of space to roam on the property and get to explore a little. Thank you!!

Minor misadventure

For starters the piece of land that Jeremy offers for camping is absolutely spectacular. Rolling hills and perfectly trimmed grass areas accompanied by absolutely beautiful vistas. As far as the hosts are concerned, Jeremy is an absolute rockstar, coming home one evening I had gotten stuck on the way to the campsite. I gave him a call and five minutes later he appeared with his tractor to help extricate me from my misadventure. An absolute class act and I look forward to camping there again.

Best camp ever!

This was my favorite camping experience so far! Jeremy was extremely helpful and understanding. He checked on us occasionally and we loved chatting with him about the camp site, his experiences with the farm and now hipcamp. We will definitely be going back when it's not hunting season so we can explore the trails. Also their fresh natural ingredient soap is to die for. Can't wait for more scents to be released so I can order more. 100/10.
