INCREDIBLE! Peace, relaxation -‘d
This campsite was probably one of the most beautiful spots I’ve ever been to in California. I met Alex as soon as I drove in- he was very kind and welcoming. I felt totally safe and the VIEW…. Words can’t describe how incredible the view was. I was in awe the entire time and felt at peace. I watched sunset and the one up to the sunrise. Can’t get much better than that! I will absolutely be returning to this site again. Thank you!!

Site 2 - Shasta Juniper High Desert
Great views, come here with an RV.
What a interesting location, the landscape is like another planet, mostly from the damage from the fires. Alex was a nice host, and his land is a great stop with incredible views of mount Shasta, and is close to so many things like Pluto's gave and the falls. However, I mostly recommend this site for RVs, not tent camping.

Site 1 - Shasta Juniper High Desert
Alex's land had a great view of Mt. Shasta and it was made to feel like a real camping spot with a picnic table and firepit and it's worth the extra few bucks to receive some nice fresh eggs. Mother Nature was in a fiery fury at one point and burnt some trees in the area but fortunately spared the stand around the property. It's a good place to stop, especially if you are traveling Hwy 97 and I5.

Site 1 - Shasta Juniper High Desert
Gorgeous spot
The location of this camp is absolutely perfect. We were steps away from a little creek, and a nice jaunt down to Sheridan lake. The bathrooms were clean, though there wasn’t any hot water when we tried to shower. All in all, it was peaceful and beautiful. Would come back!
