The family we bought the farm from owned and farmed it since 1900. They built a cabin then and built a house around the cabin in 1920. We bought it in 2018 and have been renovating it to build a retreat center for first responders and others who serve unselfishly. The graveled parking area measures 80' by 20' and offers a decent amount of privacy and a break from the city. This site is situated off to the side of the front yard in what we call "the triangle."
Sorry, only short term stays are allowed, less than 60 days.
Our single site offers water and electric hookups (50, 30, and 20 amp). We have a dump station on the property located just 200' from the site and we can provide a towable dump tank at no additional charge. Additionally, the site includes high-speed WiFi and Ethernet Internet access for your convenience.
You'll have the entire front yard's approximately 3 acres to walk dogs or simply enjoy a stroll. At night, the low light pollution offers amazing views of the sky while deer can often be seen crossing the property.
Door Dash and other food delivery services are available. Plus, we're just 15 minutes away from several points of interest in the area, including the Richard Siegel Soccer Complex, MTSU, Stones River National Battlefield, and the equestrian center.

Traveling with horses? They are welcome to use our fenced pasture.
This site is for self contained RVs only, there are no restroom facilities. Check in is between 2 pm and sundown. No check ins after dark without prior approval.

As a child I grew up on the river, canoeing down Red River and even playing on this very piece of property.
Twelve years ago my best friend and I started a canoe and kayak company to allow people to experience the same things that we experienced as children.
We have met thousands of people and had opportunities to become friends with many of them.
We look forward to seeing them every year.
Three years ago we were able to purchase this piece of property for the kayak company and watch it grow into more than we ever thought it would be.
It's almost surreal owning a piece of property that you played on as a kid.
