Welcome to Lott Farms, a small 3-acre farm nestled on the hidden gem that is Coosaw Island. We have a 3/4-acre pond with its own island which we have affectionately named "Goat Alcatraz." There is a dock with a draw bridge to the island, where many of our ducks can often be found. Our pond can be fished from shore and is well stocked with Brim (Blue Gill), Largemouth Bass, Catfish, Crappie, and Tilapia.
Our sites offer full hookups- electric, water, power, sewer and wi-fi. Sites 1 & 2 are 30 amp, and site #3 is the largest and has a 50-amp hook-up. We do have adapters for 50 amp to 30 amp if one is needed. The tent sites do not offer electric or water but do have access to wi-fi. Please note that there are no bathroom facilities available on site.
We are 1 mile away from the Coosaw Boat Landing. Launch your boat here to check out nearby Morgan Island "Monkey Island", go for a sunset cruise or enjoy our fruitful fish filled waters. Paddle inland on your kayak or paddleboard from the landing to enjoy some gorgeous views.

is a sanctuary for rescued and unique animals.
We have a Zebu bull, which are the oldest recorded bovine in history, dating back to the Bible.
We have goats and peacocks, chickens, a potbellied pig, rescued squirrels, and rescued ducks. Soon to come.... Sheep!!!
My property used to be the disposal site for the CocaCola bottling Company. Go on a scavenger hunt and find old bottles. Relax around the fire pit and listen to owls, wild geese, bull frogs and the Quack Pack. Lounge on the spacious deck overlooking all the farm animals or take a dip in the swimming pool.
At night grill on the BBQ or have an oyster roast.
We do have an indoor toilet for you to use and an outdoor shower.
Go for a walk through the woods, do yoga, head to Hunting Island beach which is 10 miles or drive 3 miles to historic downtown Beaufort. We are also close to Parris Island and many other historical sites.
While here you can enjoy historical tours of Beaufort County’s earliest years of the Santa Helena colony in the mid 1600’s, the revolutionary war period, the pre-civil war and plantation time period and the antebellum, reconstruction history up to the Civil Rights visits of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. at the Historic Penn Center.
The Lowcountry is great for water sports, kayaking, boating, jet skiing, sailing, hiking and canoeing.
Each season offers an opportunity to participate in fishing, crabbing, shrimping or digging for oysters in local waters.
Our area is a favorite of cyclist groups, the long, flat, rural, scenic, roads offer pleasant riding experiences for cyclist of all ability levels.
There are bike lanes on many of the major roads.
Other recreational activities in our area are geocaching, horseback riding, tennis, golf, hiking, beach volleyball, beachcombing, and birdwatching.
There are a few special events throughout the year, Gullah Festival-May, Water Festival-July, Shrimp Festival-October, Beaufort Food Truck Festival-October, Soft Shell Crab Festival-April, Pat Conroy Festival-November, Heritage Days Festival-November, Night on the Town-December.

We provide a completely remodeled, furnished camper with full hookup, high-speed internet, use of the dock for fishing, crabbing or shrimping, feel free to harvest mussels and oysters in season, bring your kayaks or paddle boards for a lovely ride at high tide, or request to use one on the property. Fire pit by the marsh is open for guest use and provides a lovely way to end the day with evening views of the sunset over the marsh.
Pets are welcome, we do have free range chickens, so if your dogs are not chicken-friendly or cat-friendly, please keep them on a leash if chickens are in the yard.

Launch your jon boat from our ramp, swim from our floating dock, take a trip with our kayaks and canoe, sit around the fire pit, lay in the hammock, take in the beautiful sunset, and play some of the outdoor games (like corn hole) that are provided. We even have an outdoor TV! There is a toilet and sink available as well as an outdoor shower. You can also use the hose and there is an electrical outlet available. Dogs are welcome, but must remain in your control as we do have neighbors. We actually have a small fenced dog area if you need it.

Overview
When you visit Folly Beach, it's clear why Charleston residents call it the "Edge of America." The South Carolina beach town has it all—the Atlantic shoreline on one side, a maze of coastal waterways on the other. It goes without saying that kayak, and canoe rentals are notoriously easy to find. Camping near the beach means savoring one of the top surfing spots on the East Coast. When you're not catching waves, cast a line from the fishing pier. In the afternoon, comb the beach for shellfish, or bust out your binoculars to watch migrating whales. Just inland of Folly Beach, James Island County Park is a popular home base for campers. Campsites with full hookups are just steps from 16 acres of freshwater fishing lakes. You also find a crabbing dock and miles of paved hiking and biking trails. Nearby Folly Beach County Park is a no-camping zone.
